I originally bought this IPOD due to the fact that I am in the military and would like to be able to have the options of watching movies when I'm deployed, or listening to music at the gym. And it was great at first, but now it constantly freezes up, will not turn on, and if I would like to get it fixed, I am going to have to pay up to $100 dollars plus tax just to ship/diagnose it since it is older than six months but less than a year. I think that if I'm going to pay a couple hundred dollars for a product, they should at least have full warranty coverage for the first year. Oh and in case your wondering, after researching it, I have found out that my hard disk is shot and the whole IPOD needs to be replaced. So unless I decide to pay the shipping and handling fee, I have a $250 paper weight.

When the Motorola RAZR V3 was launched last year, I think most everybody, including Motorola itself, was quite surprised by how popular the handset turned out to be, considering the asking price. Its slim profile and sleek silver colored metal body proved to be just too much of a temptation for the world, and people the world over jumped through hoops and over hurdles just to get one for their very own. Everybody was a movie star with one of these!

Black is beautiful.

Until, of course, Motorola gave 50 exclusive RAZR V3 BLK handsets to some real movie stars at the 77th Annual Academy Awards in February, 2005. All of a sudden, the silver RAZR lost some of its shine. But once again, it is time for the masses to rejoice. Motorola is making the RAZR BLK available to all.

Of course it isn't just the color that makes the RAZR V3 BLK such a desirable handset. One reason that people love it so is its size. It weighs only 3.35oz (95g), which is pretty light for a phone that has a largely metal body. At 3.86" x 2.17" x .57" (98mm x 55mm x 14.5mm) in size, it is actually thinner than most candy bar style phones on the market. It can be slipped perfectly into a shirt, suit, or pants pocket, as well as a purse, without being noticed.

There is so much more to the RAZR V3 BLK than its physical being, though. Certainly the primary purpose of any phone must be making phone calls, and in spite of its small stature, the RAZR V3 BLK managed a full 7 hours of talk time in our tests - a very respectable showing. A related bonus is the fact that you can charge the RAZR V3 BLK directly from your computer's USB port with the same type of mini-USB cable that you probably already have for your digital camera. That's one less power adapter to pack in the suitcase. Support for all 4 GSM frequency bands means that the RAZR will work in San Francisco and New York just as well as it will in Paris and London. The handset's internal antenna also proved to be quite capable, offering up very good reception in weak signal areas.

Of course some compromises had to be made to get all of this functionality into such a small package. The keypad, for example, is a very thin metal unit that offers less tactile feedback than most, though it makes up for that somewhat by looking fantastic in the dark, thanks to its cool blue back light. While quite usable, it might take a bit of getting used to. No compromises were made with the main display, though: a nice 2.2" 65k color TFT unit, with 176 x 220 pixel resolution. The external display is also color, though only a 4k CSTN type.

The Motorola RAZR V3 BLK is thin and definitely in.

The built-in VGA camera proved itself to be one of the better ones on the market, offering good contrast, color, and focus in most situations. The RAZR's polyphonic sound system also works quite well, and even allows you to use MP3 files as ringtones. So if you have a few dollars to spare in your quest for looking like a movie star, Motorola has got just the thing you need. Luckily, the RAZR V3 BLK has the brains to back up the beauty.

I bought the Razr V3 phone because my last phone (Sidekick) had a broken face. Normally, on a phone that has the face on the outside (Sidekick) it can break if you drop it, which happened to me. So I bought the V3 thinking that this wouldn't happen to a flip phone. Well, 10 days after buying it from Amazon, I closed the phone, only to realize when I reopened it that the face had cracked. I couldn't believe that Motorola would make such a flimsy face and charge so much for the phone. When I contacted the seller, they said they had a 10 day return policy and would not give me a new phone. I am now dealing with my insurance company to try and replace the V3. Overall, this has been a lousy experience that I will not repeat.

I needed a unlocked GSM phone........2007-09-07

I purchased over a year ago from Amazon for 279.00. I need an unlocked GSM phone for travel out of the county. It worked fine but it is hard to position on the ear to hear well. Belt clip that came with it broke right away. There are not any good cases for this thing, and I have purchased a few. The blue tooth worked better with it than the actual phone for hearing well. Camera is as bad as everyone says it is. I don't talk alot so I get 3 days on a battery charge. This works well on TMOBILE but when Cingular switched to AT&T the phone sounds like crap most the time to the person on the other end of the phone. I have 2 sim cards and the TMOBILE service is much better! Someone needs to just make a phone ONLY. I carry a good camera and own an Ipod I never use. So I use the phone, just as a phone.

I bought this RAZR v3 phone in July to go with my 7-Eleven Speak Out Wireless prepaid service. The phone I received from Amazon.com was made for the Hong Kong market, so it came with a outlet plug adapter for U.S. customers. (The AC adapter itself is universal voltage, and the slim paper manual is in English.) The phone is quadband and fully unlocked, so it can be used anywhere in the world.

I really like the RAZR phone. It's very solid and the voice quality is excellent. Speak Out Wireless runs on AT&T and T-Mobile networks so the reception quality can vary, but overall the RAZR does an excellent job in pulling in as much signal as possible. As with other Moto phones, the brightness of the screen can be adjusted, and the ringer type and volume can be easily changed. The metallic keypad takes a little getting used to, but is pretty comfy to use.

The camera is only VGA but takes good-quality pictures when there's plenty of light. Video capture is jerky and limited to 15 seconds, so that's probably the weakest feature for me. Bluetooth linkup to a Sony Ericsson earpiece works fine. Battery life is admirable; I don't use the phone much, maybe just 10 minutes a week, and I need to recharge it once every 8 days or so.

Because I've owned many Moto's before so I like the RAZR's interface, since it feels familiar, but I can understand how it can confuse users new to the Moto scene. Overall, though, I don't think it's harder to use than a Sony or Nokia.

What really impresses me is the build quality of this phone. Nowhere can you find out where this thing is made, but the material and fit and finish are excellent. I'm very happy with this inexpensive purchase.

Case Logic: Practical Even if It's not Stylish.......2007-09-10

The Small External HD Case Black is a little bulky, and the interior netting for the USB cable isn't very thick, so be sure to place your Western Digital 160 GB USB 2.0 Passport 2.5" External Hard Drive ( WDXMS1600TN ) upside down to avoid any scratches on its glossy finish. The stiff case provides good protection against any jostling, and holds up to the weight of any books or your laptop that might end up on top. Can't say much for the aesthetics of it, but Case Logic has always found a decent balance between function and form, and this provides much better protection than Western Digital's own neoprene wallet.

Caselogic is known for cases, and this one does not disappoint.
- Stiff material holds firm under most normal conditions.
- Zipper closure, solid stitching.
- Interior: elastic strap holds drive secure on one side, elastic mesh pouch holds USB cables secure on other side
- Even though this is the small size case, it was still very spacious for my Iomega portable USB hard drive (about 1 inch on each side!)
- Would be nice if there was a pass-through hole to put a USB cable through so I could operate the drive while the case was closed, but I can't fault Caselogic for that.

-Summary: a quality case that will keep your portable hard drive safe under most traveling situations.

Having owned my xbox for about four years now, i will say that the microsoft S controllers are superior in quality to second and third party products and more often then not, a comfortable alternative to the initial controller Dukes that came with the system early on.
I have all three colors of the S (hooray!), but due to constant travel of my system and its controllers between friends' houses, the blue and the green have become unresponsive. This is not the latest phone in the market but i would buy it again. I never did like flip phones and that's why this phone was appealing to me. Straight and thin and actually feels very sturdy. Almost like metal and not cheapo plastic. Main features that i like, quad band... so i can use it anywhere in the world, great bluetooth (syncs with my handsfree and gps), as well as has one mini usb connector for car, home, and computer conenction. This is great because now all i need is one cable to charge and connect all my gadgets.. camera, gps, phone...

Do not buy this if you need a music player, good camera, or internet access. THere are much better products out there.

This phone is trendy enough to be cool but not too fashinable that it's uncool. It's understated.

This is the best phone I have owned!!!! The itunes application is ridiculously easy to use and convenient if you prefer itunes on your comp. But even if you don't prefer having itunes you can use "moto tunes" for same easy fucntionality. This phone is very slim and beautifully designed. Mini usb and micro sd make it so much more desirable. Syncing the progs with my comp were effortless. And transferring data is a breeze. The only problem I have with it is the fact that when you enter different numbers for the same person it creates a new entry. Ohterwise speakerphone sound good. Call clarity awesome. Camera and video capture good even though VGA. I am currently awating the release of the upgrade l9, which boasts a fm radio to add to all the other great assets.

It's an excellent phone, and by changing the sim chip it can be used almost anywhere in the world, but... the screen is hard to read in direct sunlight.

Excellent Camera.......2007-09-24

Purchased the camera since I needed a camera that is small and will fit in my pocket, has at least a 5X optical zoom and not too expensive. I still own a 3.1 mega pixel Olympus that is still in excellent working condition despite the fact that it has been soaked by rain. The stylus 750 is beyond my expectation. Despite its size it takes excellent pictures, and on the highest resolution with a 2GB xD card it indicated about 600 pictures that I can shoot. I think the number of pictures will exceed the battery life.
Pictures came out excellent with beautiful color balance, however at full optical and digital zoom it is somewhat pixelated. I did not quite like the idea that you have to take the battery out to charge it, or buy a separate battery adapter if you want to charge it on the camera. They should have included the adapter with the camera.
Another negative comment is the fact that it does not have a normal viewfinder. In bright outdoor light it is impossible to view the scene through the LCD viewfinder.
All in all it is an excellent buy..

I am much satisfied with the quality of Olympus 750.

Found uncomfortable intially of the Image shake even with Image Stabilization ON.
Image stabilization fuction of this camera need to be improved.
When your Hand is stable/nonshaky and if u have enough time to take a snap. this Camera can produce good images.. Ligting, brightness are also good, only thing you need to play around the settings.. Go through the manual before actaually going for Outdoor Tour/Trip..

Battery backup relatively poor compared to Canon....

When the camera arrived, we charged the battery and it did not function at all. I contacted Amazon and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful young woman who quickly ordered us another identical camera which was mailed to us by 2 day shipping and the return for the non-functioning camera was facilitated. I was impressed with the Amazon customer service and I hope that the second camera will work well for a long time. We have overall had excellent luck with Olympus cameras in the past. The second camera works very well.

I lost my Olympus Stylus 500 camera that I had bought 2 years ago, and got this one to replace it. It (1)is lighter, (2), cheaper, and (3) has enhanced additional features like image stabilization and a better optical zoom. I LOVE this camera, and I was pretty fond of the 500. It has all the features I loved about the 500 (large digital viewfinder/viewing screen, weatherproof gaskets), plus more. The photos are terrific. I originally bought the 500 because it was more than a "point and shoot" (i.e. you could take it off of "automatic" and play with the ISO, etc. if you wanted to), but I have to admit I have NEVER done that because the photos on the auto setting are so good. If you are looking for an excellent, light, durable all-round use camera of the (mostly) point-and-shoot variety, this one is for you.

I searched far and wide before I finally placed an order for the Milano. I really like this bag - specially since it has everything a laptop bag must have for a Woman. with all the manly looking boring laptop bags around us girls don't get a variety to choose from. But it's nice to actually find designers who think of style as well as practicality. The only reason I gave it a 4 * rating is cos I'm not too keen on the fux croc look. I was hoping it wouldn't be very prominent but not so! it's VERY prominent! and will take some getting use to if like me, you prefer a polished looking bag (and those are impossible to find with the Milano's features!) It fits my 14 inch HP really well and have loads of space for my other stuff! all in all - I would have to say good buy! oh and I bought the smaller version - there are two.

Just what I was hoping for.......2007-08-24

I'm impressed with this little thing. The case is well-made and has a very solid feel. The Nano fits perfectly into the skin and into the MiniBlaster. I didn't have difficulties with the fit like others mentioned. Getting the Nano out takes some pushing, but that's the way it should be. You don't want it falling out on it's own and hitting the pavement. All the Nano controls are accessible. The front, circular control (volume/scroll) works fine through a silicon skin and is very protected.

The reason we buy this thing is for sound and size. Size and weight are impressively minimal. You won't beat that anywhere. As for sound, it's not a home entertainment center or a Bose IPod system - it's a tiny little device that offers maximum portability. If you can bring your Bose system along with you, then do it. If you need something small and more portable, then read on.

The sound has a distinct clarity. Mids to highs are crisp and well separated. What you loose is bass. It's attenuated, but not dull or muddy. I wasn't expecting strong bass with a frequency response of 450Hz to 20KHz. It's not built for it and shouldn't be expected.

It's made, as others have said, for you and a couple of friends in an environment without too much ambient noise. If you are looking for a system that you can play at a beech party with a big group of friends, keep looking, because this isn't it. Too many voices chatting away will drown this little thing out.

In a reasonably quiet room or out on the trail, you get enough volume to really enjoy the music. It's loud enough to hear the detail in the sound. It even gets too loud for conversations and has to be turned down. Don't get me wrong, the neighbors won't be calling or stomping on the floor. It has what it needs to fill the niche that it's designed for.

I personally like the sound with the EQ set to "Small Speakers" - seems like a good balance for Classic Rock which I tend to listen to the most.

If you want a small, light and very portable speaker system to free you from headphones and make portable music a social experience between friends again, then you are onto something.

Great for use while traveling.......2007-08-11

I wanted to be able to listen to podcasts and my own music while commuting and so first purchased (for $80) an FM converter that plugged into the lighter and my iPod and then matched an unused frequency to play what was on the iPod. The sound wasn't great and it changed depending on where I was driving. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right static frequency and match it with the device. In the short time that I tried it out I had to switch frequencies twice.

So, I looked for a speaker. I decided that it wouldn't be a disaster to buy something at this price to try even if it didn't work great. It was what I was looking for! I can use it in the car and also other places where I want to play what is on my ipod so that others can hear. It is not great sound quality, but it is much better than what I was getting with the FM converter and much easier. I can either use batteries or the AC adaptor (I already have a device that converts the cigarette lighter into AC power).

It is a great solution for what I was looking for.

Don't expect too much bass out of -any- tiny speakers but as a way to turn your nano into a sort of 21st century "transistor radio" equivalent with stereo audio and a better sound quality, this little thing is superb. Talk radio podcasts are delivered very clearly and music can be enjoyed to an extent especially if you choose an appropriate EQ setting on your nano. Volume capability is decent, just don't expect to entertain an audience bigger than about two or three. Battery life is good for the 4x AAA batteries.

The sound is good from the Miniblaster, but getting my Ipod in and out of it is a real chore!! It is very difficult to do. It not only is very hard to place in the miniblaster, but getting it out is even worse. I like the size of it as it doesn't take up a lot of room when I place it on the counter. Just difficult to use. It is also hard to adjust the volume with the "skin" on it.

Design
The LG KG800 is entirely about fashion, convenience, and usability. The ultra-thin, stylish slider design always keeps the unobtrusive internal antenna safely tucked away--always protected from snags or breaking. No problems, love it.......2007-08-24

I have Tmobile and I bought the unlocked phone and just traded sim cards from my old phone. I did lose some of my newer contacts and some archived text messages, but other that that everything has been fine. Synching to my PC was flawless. Could be a bit tough for a novice but transfering MP3's is easy. The keys are VERY touchy, that took getting used to. There are a lot of things I'm annoyed about but I chalk it up to not being used to the phone yet. So far it has worked well and I'm happy. It takes some patience to figure out, but it's a great phone IMO. My main concern is it's size, I bought a case for it because I'm afraid at the price I'll damage it. I paid $170 on ebay.

not good in US.......2007-01-08

I have had this phone in NYC area for about 3 months now. My wife has
Cingular (RAZR) and I was going to get that phone as well, but then
saw this one available at the Cingular store and figured I would get it for the looks, and
Cingular said they support the phone so I thought all would be good.
After using it for 3 months, I lose service in A LOT of areas around
here, and my wife's phone works fine. I guess it is b/c of all this
1900, 850, 900 band issues. If I knew about
this problem before purchasing the phone with a 2 year contract, I
would definitely have gotten a different model instead. Also, I just
went on a trip up to northern Vermont, and my wife's phone never
dropped a call or lost service (Cingular), and I had no service for the whole
trip (Cingular), which was very frustrating trying to do business from the road.
I was thinking of getting the battery signal increaser metal strip,
but after reading more about the phone, I do not think they will help any?? If
anyone has any suggestions for me to get a better signal, I would
appreciate it, as I have paid a lot for this phone that loses a lot
of calls daily.

Great phone but.........2006-12-06

I love this phone it looks great but if you have t-Mobile the t-zones will not work the phone does not accept long settings so you will not be able to use t-zone. Also this phone does not have a micro sd memory slot even though the description says it does. Also sync this phone to a PC is challenging, you need to install the software several times to get it to work. If you just want to use it as a phone it is a great phone but all the extras don't work unless you buy a Verizon phone.

Reliability.......2007-09-09

I read that Panasonic microwave ovens have gone down in quality in recent years but I went ahead and bought one anyway because I needed to change out the old unit and the trim kit would only work with the size of the unit I bought. Well, my reluctance in buying the H965 model was justified. After only 10 months the unit gave out. I know the prices have come down but I would prefer to buy something that can actually last! Don't buy Panasonic unless you're willing to change it out every year.

Fast and Large Interior.......2007-07-15

it is the fastest and has a lot of coopking space.

Also, the fact that the start and stop buttons are raised buttons and not just flat pressure points makes a huge difference in regular usage.

I don't use many of the features. Just fast easy to choose cooking or heating.

This machine does it. It is amazingly fast/powerful. That's what I wanted. No disappointments here.

Bought this to replace a 12 YO microwave. Was looking for a "large" simple to use replacement. It need to be simple as my wife is techno challenged :).

We looked the old Microwave and you used the touch pad to enter the time and pressed start. It also has a Minute plus, press it for a minute touch it again for another minute.

This fit the bill. Others I looked at appeared to be more complicated and had functions that we rarely or never use.

Another plus this oven was almost exactly the size of my old one so it fit into the built in space and allowed me to use the old "frame".

It is taking a little bit of time to get use to the timing. THe old microware took about 3 minutes to biol a cip of water., this one less than
2.5 minutes. Have burnt a couple of bags of popcorn, the old took 2.6 minutes this one still burns at 2 minutes.

I saw this at a local store for $20 more plus tax. Shipping was free, which was a big surprise, given the size of this. Also was not charged tax.
So with this unit having the features I wanted, free shipping, about $40 in total saving then purchasing locally, and not having to go to the store, get this fairly large and heavy box home and into my house this was a no brainer for me.

Very happy with purchase.

"side dish", "sensor" option sucks........2007-06-08

This rating is about a similar but smaller 1.6 or 1.7 cu ft., 1200 Watt NN-SN756B. The buyer and the users of this microwave should be wary about the sensor function and the side-dish option. I had a bad experience trying to bake a potato using the panasonic microwave.The surface of the potato was lightly perforated with a fork and placed on the microwave tray (what i mean to say is that I adhered by all the rules to bake a potato in a microwave). There is a "side dish" option and the first choice is "Potato". The sensor automatically senses the size or quantity of the potato and bakes it. I have baked potato atleast hundred times in 6 months using the "side dish" option but one day my luck ran out. The potato was charred, the inside light of the microwave blew and the microwave glass tray was split in half and there were strong fumes. I contacted the panasonic service center (it was under the 1 year limited warranty). They first told me to bring it to a authorized service center which I did. The service center could repair the bulb but could not do anything about the burnt surface and it would be unsafe to operate the microwave and told me to get in touch with Panasonic for a exchange. I contacted Panasonic again and they said they cannot do anything as the problem is due to "food fire" and it is excluded under warranty. I said that i did not know that the potato was combustible (another fuel alternative)and i have baked potato like this atleast 100 times using this microwave. They said they cannot do anything but offered me to replace the microwave but i have to pay a discounted price of $125 or $104 respectively for similar models. (i had paid $100 at TARGET to buy the brand new one). I said if I want to buy the similar microwave, they said it is a 2006 model and is discontinued (due to what???)
