The only complaint i have about this camera is the difficulty of removing the SD Memory Card. When in the ejected position, it gives you about 1/8 of an inch to grab, which is further restricted by the memory card door. I usually need a pair of tweezers to pull it out.

Other than that, it is extremely reliable, easy-to-use, and works efficiently

Great Camera for a great price!.......2007-04-25

I recently went on a trip to Paris for a week. Months beforehand, I knew I had to get a digital camera that would do justice to that city. This is it.
Its 7.2 mega pixels provide a clarity unheard of in most digital cameras. Its easy to use, but also able to adjust to the whims of a professional, with such functions as shutter speed, light adjustment, color variance, night shots, aperture and anti shake. For my money and situation, this is certainly the best camera to buy.

A very good deal.......2007-03-30

My previous camera was a Pentax S30. It fell from 3 feet (while in its case) and stopped functioning!
I bought this Casio because it has a viewfinder (a very useful, disappearing feature), had good reviews, uses ordinary batteries, is relatively good looking and was quite a good deal. Pictures quality and response speed are good (the Pentax is quite slow).
Cons: Memory card compartment is poorly designed (difficult to remove the card) and the covers for both the card and the USB are flimsy and ugly.
Also, there is plenty of unused space at the back so why not bigger display??
Bottom line: A very good camera.

I got this camera on a real deal for about one hundred fifty, so I really can't complain. But that said, in my experience the camera leaves something to be desired. My previous camera was an HP 945, which was big, bulky, and very slow, but it took truly excellent pictures (beautiful color and very sharp) and had a very long optical zoom. Unfortunately, the HP broke and so I found this one as a replacement. I've had it for about 6 months and while it is okay and can take good pictures, a lot of times I'll review photos after taking around 100 or so and I'll be disappointed with many of them. Either they are fuzzy and out of focus (I mostly use full auto mode), have noise in them (based on other reviews I've read this camera is known to have more noise at lower ISO than other cameras), or just somehow be not quite right. The video functionality is nice and takes 28 fps at VGA quality, but it stores the videos in MJPEG format which really eats up storage space; also the videos often suffer from jaggies (i.e. appear pixelated) --- other Casio cameras are known to suffer this problem too (e.g. ex-z850). The camera is very quick though, and compact, and I like that it uses AA batteries. But I'm actually thinking of getting another camera for Christmas (maybe use this one as a backup).

Cheap price for a cheap product.......2005-12-16

If your looking for cd radio clock player that has a great clear sound, great reception on fm or am radio, can play any burned or regular CD's without skipping or scratching then this is not the product for you. I purchased this item earlier this year and was dismayed to find that the product did not meet my expectations at all. The sound was scratchy, you could not get reception from the radio, and depending on the clocks sitting position the CD player would not work. I recommend that if your going to buy a CD clock radio player that it is actually cost effective to spend the extra 10 dollars thst would buy you an RCA or Memorex radio/cd player (which I have by the way and let me tell you it was worth every penny) due to the fact that you will receive a better quality system, the sounds are clearer, you can actually hear base in the music and the alarm system works.

Poor quality sound and bad reception.......2005-02-24

I bought this because it had a digital radio with presets as opposed to most that are analog. The reception was not very good. I had the wire antennae up on the window of a second floor room and it could not catch stations that radios on the first floor catch. It has a tiny little speaker with so-so sound quality. The display is good and the buttons are intuitive and it is smaller than it looks if that is important. I am returning it though and trying something else. If I can't catch my favorite radio station it is not much good to me.

Great Little TV with Flaws.......2004-11-06

First off, I can't say I've had ANY of the troubles Breton had. Maybe it was defective? Anyway:
Pros-
Very watchable picture.
Rechargeable (plugs directly in from TV to wall, cord included).
Good enough sound (but not real loud, so use headphones).
A/V in (You will need a seperate wire, one that you probabaly won't have, headphone jack size on the TV's end).
Cons-
Short, maybe 1 1/2 hour battery life.
Stupidly placed recharge-feature on/off switch.
And... the reason it's getting 4 stars, this TV does not move well, any bumps whatsoever will have to picture and sound jumping, 1 bump= 1 jump.

Despite that it's still worth it, I love mine!... of course I bought it before it $199.99, it used to be $79.99, and the TV doesn't appear to have changed!?

I received this portable TV last Friday.

Cons
No reception
No picture
No sound
No viewing in any part of Los Angeles from Santa Barbara to Long Beach. Other manufacturers portable TV's work great but Axion's doens't.

Pros
Makes a great paper wait(sp?) (I would look up how to spell wait but this product doesn't deserve that much of anybody's time) and door stop to remind you how much money you wasted on the Axion product.
Maybe all Axion products are this bad.
Let's hope they refund everyone's money and make a version that get this...works!

A solid product with a kick! Built-in Rechargeable Circuitry.......2004-06-26

I never have to change the batteries regularily. This is the only portable TV with this built in feature. Even Casio does not have it. I like this unit!

Sturdy case but requires it to be opened to utilize touch screen and cannot be used when using the extended battery with modified back cover for MDA. Since I always use my extended battery I find myself not even using this case. Bottom line; poorly thought out impulse buy. I tend to do that though. :-)

Solid binocular for its size and price.......2005-09-09

Bought this for Alaska trip lately, and carried it to Alaska for wildlife viewing.
Pros:
- Small and lightweight
- Convenient carrying case, can be attached to your belt
- Fully clear optical - no discernible distortion even at the edge
- Very powerful at 12x

Cons:
- Dual focus adjustment. This is supposed to be a feature as for some people, their left and right eyes have different near sightedness. But to me it is annoying as I now have two adjustments to make instead of one.
