Look like a pro. Genuine HP LaserJet print cartridges are designed for reliable, precise operation to provide crisp, sharp text and lines every time you print. You refresh your printer's imaging system every time you replace an HP LaserJet print cartridge, giving you hassle-free printing.
Simplicity
- Just plug it in. Focus on getting your work done instead of learning to use a new device. Convenient, Hi-Speed USB 2.0 connectivity lets you set up in no time. With support for Windows 98 SE, Me, 2000, and XP 32 bit, the printer fits right into your existing environment.
- Accomplish more. The host-based print driver quickly translates application output into high-quality print images. The driver uses your PC's processor and memory rather than the printer's, which lets you print more complex jobs without the cost of additional printer memory.
- Easily access, replace, and order supplies. Carefully designed together with the printer, the HP LaserJet print cartridge is simple to use, featuring HP Ultraprecise toner and the imaging drum in one unit. Print cartridge installation and replacement is quick and convenient.
1. In addition to fast ppm speeds, most HP LaserJet printers include Instant-on Technology, which delivers a first page out from PowerSave mode in industry-leading times, according to Quality Logic Printer Performance Test Reports from August 2005. The technology utilizes an innovative, quick-heating fuser system that virtually eliminates warm-up time.

Buyer Beware! I purchased this item on 9/14/2007. Received fine, however, as of 9/23/2007, IT IS NOT VISTA CERTIFIED as indicated on the amazon page, nor according to the MS Vista Compatability List at MS. I'm not sure if this is the seller's or Amazon's mismarking, so check first and also with Hewlett-Packard and MS Compatability list.

< $70, it's a great printer.......2007-09-19
We have the 1022 at work in a few places -- that has a couple of buttons, this one is even more stripped down, but for $64, it's a great home printer. I was so fed up with inkjet printers, since we don't print that much, and they are always getting clogged, etc, not to mention eating up ink (which dries out and you have to waste more of it cleaning the heads). Two different "photo printers" left us feeling like it was cheaper and easier to print photos with online services, and most of what's left is printing regular text -- web pages, homework for the kids, etc. If you need a printer that does clear B&W, for standard household stuff, this is the one to get. Simple USB connection, it works, and no fuss.
Excellent Product.......2007-09-18
My husband and I purchased this printer to replace our Canon inkjet that bit the dust after just three years. At any rate, we were fed up with the outrageous price of ink and decided that color wasn't that important anyway.
This is the perfect printer for us! We love everything about it. It is small and looks nice on the desk. It prints quickly and the pages look great. The price is right.
This is the perfect basic printer for anyone. It looks WAY nicer than one I had 15 years ago that only printed 300 dpi, and for which I paid several hundred dollars! You can't beat the price or the quality of this printer.
We hooked it up and it worked right away. No problems with installation.
Great buy........2007-09-02
I think this printer is a great buy. I did NOT install the software included with the printer, I avoid doing that if I can, it usually causes more problems than it is worth. I just hooked to my WHS machine and let it find it, put in the disk and it installed the drivers. Then I turned on printer sharing and found it from the Vista machine and the MCE machine. Seems to work great. There was a minor problem with the Vista, but it was easy to solve. I was looking for an inexpensive black and white laser printer, I don't think I could have done a lot better, especially since HP was offering a substantial MIR when I ordered. I ordered it on Monday and it was at my door on Tuesday.
Read carefully, some of the vendors are not including toner.
As many have said, don't forget the cable!
HP Laserjet 1018 Printer.......2007-08-28
After growing tired of the frequent need to change Inkjet cartridges,I bought an HP Laserjet 1018 printer. The intitial cost was little more than the price of several Inkjet catridges. The shipping was free. And it arrived in a few days. Although it is only black and white, I still have my Inkjet set up for color printing. The Laserjet prints significantly faster than the Inkjet. It was a snap to install. I'm only sorry I didn't get it sooner.

Bad Software.......2007-09-27
The new software for the Vista operating system is a real headache. The all in one uninstalles randomly and the patch they came up with won't work.
Ink cartridge jams on fast draft.......2007-09-26
Any time you use the fast draft option when printing, the ink cartridge slams across and jams into the sheet of paper. The paper is pulled through real fast too and jams half the time. Other than that it gets the job done.
HP Officejet All-in-One.......2007-09-24
It meets my needs for a scanner and copier. Copies are clear with good color. The only drawback is it doesn't have a handset to enable it to double as a phone, but it does have caller ID. For an inexpensive all-in-one, it serves my purpose just fine.
No cable included.......2007-09-24
Incredibly the necessary USB cable to connect the unit to a computer is NOT included...
Positive review for the HP 5610.......2007-09-22
I think this is a good printer, copier, fax. I have had HPs for many years. For what you pay, they are fine. I have no complaints. It is a little slow as a copier, but otherwise, I like it. If you want a faster, fancier, better copier-fax machine, pay the price.

HP 12C.......2007-09-27
I've used one of these since the original came out over 25 years ago. An excellent product. They used to be only RPN notation, but now come in algebraic for those that like that. If I lose this one too, I will buy another.

Quality isn't what it used to be, but old habits do die hard. If you can't function in an algebraic mode, this is still the RPN calculator for you. Much faster than my now dead Gold 12c too.

I love it.......2007-09-19
I had lost my calculator in a flood a few months ago and missed it dearly. It was also an HP10bII I absolutely loved that calculator. I loved it so much I purchased the exact same one I had with Amazon. I'm so glad to have it back!
Wonderful and simple to use.......2007-08-23
The HP 10bII does not use the standard rpn of traditional HP financial calculators. It lacks a few of the functions of the traditional and more expensive HP financial calculators, but it is very easy to use.
Version 2 is Just as Good.......2007-08-09
I finally replaced my first version HP 10B with this new HP 10BII recently. The original is still here with me, it is simply that the plus button started to not register every time I push it...but, I am not getting rid of it yet. The new 10BII has become my daily calculator (in finance biz) and it is nearly identical in layout, but with different button sizes, weight (much lighter...only thing I don't like) and a couple of button layout changes. This is really the best financial calculator out there and I never understood why anyone would want to use any of the other HP financial calcs...I have used them all. If you are looking for a functional, quality financial calculator, pick one of these up.
Great vendor!.......2007-08-03

Customer Reviews:
After proper setup it works perfect. Its the best........2007-09-24
The HP 50g is the best Graphics calculator out there. Especially if you understand and use RPN. You must have a great deal of experience with Graphics calculators to truly appreciate it's excellent qualities. Because it does not come with a complete beginners guide, beginners must be prepared to spend several hours to learn everything about the device. I do not recommend that beginners in mathematics attempt this without accessing third party training manuals for this calculator. It is a fine product. BTW if you want an excellent, well designed number cruncher, get the new HP 35. It's simply excellent!
Decent Calculator.......2007-09-17
The calculator is much faster than the 48, especially when graphics of menus are involved. I liked my (broken) 48 more in terms of user interface and keyboard layout though.
One issue that really annoys 50G users is how it does not capture the keystrokes quickly. As someone noted (but got the syntax wrong) this can be fixed using the Keytime command. The syntax is as follows:
500
->KEYTIME
You can find the ->KEYTIME button on the command catalog (RIGHT SHIFT Symb).
Build quality: If you knock on the back of the 48G's case you can hear the difference in build quality between these two calculators. The 50 G is fairly solid for a calculator, but the 48 smokes it in build quality. Also the 48 G appears lighter. The 50G is more slippery (having a smooth finish), making calculations without setting the calculator on a surface trickier (like the old 28S).
HP 50g is excellent.......2007-09-09
Excellent calculator, easy to use and fast to solve complex equations, I am very happy with it.
HP Manuals = Poor.......2007-09-07
The quality of the calculator is execellent as I expected, based on past experience with HP. However, they cannot produce a manual that is well-organized and easily understood even by someone with previous experience. How users new to anything more than basic operations manage, I do not know. Why doesn't HP hire a good literate mathematics teacher to write for them?
(Almost) Just like my old 48GX.......2007-09-05
My trusty old 48GX recently started acting up - some keys just didn't work that well any longer. So I decided to start looking around for a replacement. I settled on a 50G. I'm glad I did.
My thoughts:
1. The obvious: Same size as 48GX but with a larger screen.
2. It's a lot lighter than the 48GX. This makes it feel somewhat funny in my hands - being used to the nice solid feel of the old one. It seems to be put together quite well, though.
3. The biggest change on the keypad is that "enter" moved from left-center to right-bottom. I barely notice this as I mostly use the calculator for math, and with RPN you don't really need an "enter" key for that.
4. It's a lot faster than the old one.
5. It has some extra stuff - libraries and so on - but I think these are mostly used by students, so I can't comment on them.
I'm suitably impressed. I think this is a worthy replacement. It's definitely not better than the old one. It feels more like a good copy, with some added features that no one will really use. Almost like a Lexus.

Programmable financial calculator Comprehensive instruction manual Uses reverse polish notation (RPN)
Amazon.com Review
If you bought yourself a financial calculator during the 1980s, chances are it was this bad boy. Nothing has changed since its introduction--it still uses Reverse Polish Notation (RPN), is easy and versatile in programming, and has a thin, sturdy casing. Certainly, there's been newer, fancier calculators introduced since, but there's something to be said for the quality of classics.
The HP 12C's functions include all the basics--such as calculating APR, NPV, and IRR--and statistics are a snap. For students new to financial calculators, this is an excellent place to start. For the most part, the manual reads like a minitextbook, walking you through sample problems and situations followed by graphs and tables demonstrating the technique--and you can even check your results. The section on creating programs does seem to be written for the technically ignorant, addressing in detail how you could possibly benefit from using programs, but it'll still help you get the job done.
In general, it's a bit slower than newer models, just like last year's computer isn't as speedy as today's new release. On the plus side, it's just 3 by 5 inches and slips easily into a pocket. The bottom is printed with a few little cheat notes for common functions, which is nice for quick reference. The HP 12C's one-year warranty and available tech-support line offer reassurance this little workhorse will continue to be an industry standard for years to come. --Jill Lightner
Pros:
- Pocket size
- Thorough and simple instruction manual
- Competitive price
Cons:
- Calculates more slowly than modern machines

HP12C is the best .......2007-09-24
I had a 15C since my college days (20 years ago) and still works like a charm, so, when I needed a financial calculator I bought 12C knowing I can not go wrong. I find both 12C and 15C to be the best calculators in market for a long long time.
Excellent.......2007-08-29
The best Calculator, in all times. It hasn't change design, since it has been on the market, that means it is a hell of a calculator!
Excellent product.......2007-08-29
The HP12C and other reverse polish calculators made by HP are absolutely the best in the logic (reverse polish method is extremely efficient), quality of design and manufacturing and in durability. This is a product that is designed to last for a long, long time.
Powerful tool no home should be without!.......2007-07-28
This is the only calculator you will ever need...and yes it WILL get you laid
Calculator review.......2007-07-23
This is a great calculator if you can figure it out! Look up Reverse Polish Notation before purchasing, and if you can understand that, then it will make your life easier as you go through the included manual.

Customer Reviews:
slooooow and surly customer service.......2007-09-23
I know next to nothing about router technology, and have NEVER posted an online review of anything before. But my poor customer service experiences with buffalo have compelled me to alert other shoppers that the company's supposed 24/7 service is less than stellar: Almost every call I made was met with a 45 min-plus wait. In one of the very the few times I stuck around long enough to speak with a human, the service provider handling my problem very rudely lectured me about how I just needed to shut up and let him do his job when I tried to clarify my difficulties. After all the annoying waits, harangues, and tinkerings, this router performs slightly less well than my crappy old Linksys. I bought this router because of its "24/7" service and positive reviews on amazon, and I most definitely regret the purchase. If there's an outside chance you might need to speak with someone (polite, without waiting an hour) to help you with anything involving your router, I would strongly advise against buying the buffalo HP wireless G.
Great.......2007-09-20
Great product. Make sure you configure it to use AES if you want maximum security. I tested it as a firewall and it works great. Its a very good router. My bandwidth (on my desktop PC) actually increased since I switched from a wired firewall/router to this product.
Poor customer service.......2007-09-20
Linked up with my windows computer ok, but spent hours w/customer service to work with my mac laptop and had no luck. Just went out and got a apple router and both link ups were automatic, no issues.
Looks Great - Can't Get it to Connect.......2007-09-14
Received my new Buffalo router today -- tried at least 7-8 times to get it up and running with our 2 new HP Pavilion notebooks -- no deal. I called '24/7' customer service/tech support and after being on hold for at least 25 mins and listening to elevator music, I gave up. Will try again tomorrow. Seems as if it would recognize wireless connections/modem/DSL/cable instantly, but it doesn't. I plugged my old Netgear router back in, reset it, and voila! We were back up and wireless in under a minute. Hopefully I will get through to someone at Buffalo Technologies tomorrow -- more later.
GREAT FOR GAMING!.......2007-09-14
When I bought this router, I wasnt too sure about the Buffalo brand. I was so used to Netgear and Linksys. But what a hidden gem. After I set this router, I never had to touch it again. The connection was never dropped. I would be connected wirelessly through my computer and my Playstation 3, but there was never any lag. I recommend this router if you plan to connect wirelessly through your gaming system.

Low Ink.......2007-07-20
I can understand that HP sells their printers at a reduced rate and makes their money on the ink cartridges, but the small amount of ink in this pack is ridiculous. I am going back to re-fills. They're trying to cheat their customers.

Great Printer.......2007-09-26
Great Printer. Fast, inexpensive, and reliable. I would recommend to anyone.
There are many reviews that are slamming this printer because of driver issues, outdated drivers, and the lack of a usb cable in the box. You will get that with any printer, so that is not the issue. No printer comes with a supplied usb cable anymore, and they definitely dont ship with up to date software drivers.
Install was not an issue. If you go on the internet and download the driver instead of installing from the cd, you will guarantee you have the latest driver available.
Modest price, with much to be modest about.......2007-09-22
I bought the LaserJet 1022 to replace my ancient LaserJet 4. Even though my printing needs are limited, I passed over several less expensive lasers because I wanted a solid product with good performance, easy installation and no hassles. I should have saved my money; the 1022 has the look and feel of something you might pick up for $19.98 at Walgreens.
It goes without saying that there is no published instructional manual furnished with the item. (Yes, I know; there never is these days, but I don't have to like this corner-cutting.) There is however a two-sided sheet - labeled "Start" in 4 languages - which is all the written text help you get. It consists of 9 numbered pictures. The pictures are considerably less than self-explanatory. After spending much time trying to puzzle these out, and there being no teenager in the house, I finally asked my poor wife to rescue me (her HP 4ML dates from only 1995, so she's more up to speed on this new-fangled hardware). There are more pictures and lights on the printer's exterior panel, but no identifying text. What each of these means is not intuitively obvious.
So far, I'm getting crisp text output very quickly. That's good. But if something goes wrong, I'm expected to wade through megabytes of "online help" (the PDF "manual" is 128 densely packed virtual pages), when all I'd probably need is a 20 or 30 page pamphlet that addresses the basics. Oh well.
HP helpfully provides a power cord so that I can plug the thing in and turn it on. That's terribly nice of them. But no USB cord is included, so if you want to actually print something, too bad. Printing requires a separate trip to Radio Shack. Penny wise, pound foolish -- poor show, HP.
I paid over $600 (in 1991 dollars) for my trusty HP 4. That may seem like a lot today, but I got my money's worth - and much more. I'm not at all confident I will feel the same about this HP 1022 in the year 2023 - or even in 2008.
HP does it again!.......2007-09-19
I'm running a MacBook. I have the HP Laser-Jet 1020, too, which is probably a better buy than this 1022. The 1020 isn't supposed to have printer drivers for Mac but it works fine with my G4 iMac, and a 1022 driver that I downloaded when I bought it last year.
I was hesitant about getting the 1020 for the MacBook workstation I have set up though, when I saw that other customers were having trouble getting the 1022 driver anymore for the 1020. Instead, I just bought the 1022.
I don't regret it a minute. The 1022 is much faster and holds much more paper which is a big convenience for a paper hog like myself.
For some reason, the CD didn't have the printer driver for Mac on it. I went up to the HP website, got the printer driver and it set itself up instantly with no problems. I would heartily recommend this printer.
HP LaserJet1022 Printer.......2007-09-17
I purchased this printer to replace an aging HP 4L LaserJet that I have been using since 1991. My only reason for buying the 1022 was to get a higher printer resolution. The 1022 is very fast, crisp, clear printout with easy setup. The manual feed is simple to use and so far no paper mishaps. So far no complaints. Reason for not 5 star is no USB cable included. As usual, Amazon service & delivery are prompt and reliable.
A Good Printer While It Lasts.......2007-09-10
I have owned two HP LaserJet 1022 printers. Both worked great for a little more than a year and then went bad. The first began leaving a dark streak down the center of the page of every printing. I replaced that printer with an identical model. After fifteen months using this second HP 1022 printer the amber light began flashing constantly and the eror message said I had no cartridge installed or the cover door was open, neither of which was true. The printer would not operate. Hours of recommendations/advice from a very responsive HP tech support did not fix the problem. I was given the option of sending this printer in for repair at a cost close to the price of a new one or, alteratively, doing just that--buying a new HP LaserJet 1022. After two bad experiences with HP, I am looking for a different brand.

Customer Reviews:
Excellent HP calculator.......2007-09-26
I just started in commercial real estate and was advised to get an HP 10BII. Well being the previous engineer(and tech geek) I had to get the upgraded model, the 17BII+. It has all the same functions as the 10BII plus about 150 other functions according to the specs and it can solve algebraic equations, which is nice for repetitive equations with different variables to input. The sequence of numbers is almost the same as the 10bII as well. And since the first time I used it was in a week long commercial class where all they used was the 10BII I was able to keep up just fine.
I read the reviews of some people pushing a button and it not registering. I also have the 10BII where that has happened a few times. It has happened once that I recall with the 17BII as well. What I can surmise is that the HP's buttons have a greater "resistance" to input the numbers and in flying through calculations we might tend to glance over the button rather than push it distinctly. The one advantage with the 17BII is it has softer buttons with less "resistance" to push them so it seems to happen less.
I love all the storage functions as well. It also does not use Reverse Polish notation as standard, but you can choose to switch it to RPN mode if you choose. But it has about every financial and business function you could ask for. But most of the functions can be accessed through the top six buttons which drive a menu on the display. I really like the menu based functions rather than having them integrated as 2nd and 3rd tier functions on the other buttons.
It is a little pricey compared to the 10BII. But it is worth it to me. The 10BII can do probably 97% of everything you will always need. The layout, feel of it and extra functions were worth it to me.
drained batteries in one month.......2007-09-04
The calculator is very easy to use and is much faster than my HP 12C. Unfortunately the two CR2032 batteries died within one month of light use. This is not an isolated incident, many of my classmates are having the same problem. Unless you carry spare batteries around, I would suggest you use any calculator than this one.
Horible finishing quality !!.......2007-06-17
Do not buy this calculator unless you do not care how "cheap" it looks like after opening up the box where it comes!
After buying my 17BII+ I unfortunately realized that the gray ruber on the right side a "small hole".
After passing my finger 2 times over this surface defect the rubber began to seriously get rid of the calculator making its appearance horrible.
I swear, it is the last time I buy HP.
As long as they do not understand that not only the functions but also finishing details are important I prefer to buy one of the other many options available on the market!!
HP 17BII+ - Nice look, but poor function.......2007-05-14
I liked the look of the calculator, which is why I bought it in the first place. But I have two big complaints. First, when in RPN mode, you obviously use the Input button a lot. Unlike the 12-C, 10-B, 19-B and other models, the Input button isn't oversized, and it's location is obscure. So, you have to take a split second each time to remember where it is. I could probably get over this problem over time, but the second problem is a deal-killer. The biggest problem I have is that buttons regularly fail. You're in the middle of a calculation and you'll miss a number or function. What ends up happening is that you have to look at the keys and then at the screen to ensure that your entries are accurate. Takes way too much time and interrupts the process. I've read other negative reviews of this product and didn't believe that HP could put out a product that didn't work. But believe it, this calculator will cause you nothing but frustration. I'm going back to my old 12-C.
Cumbersome.......2007-05-01
Although this calculator has a powerful equation solver, it is a little cumbersome to use. I prefer 12CP for quick calculations, 50g for more complex jobs. And for any other situations where I have access to computer, I rather use Excel.
