This armband worked great for a couple months but then the elastic started breaking down. It's not made for small arms in the first place so after a while it got really loose and not too comfortable. Also it's open on the front and top so no working out in the rain. :(

I've been pretty happy with this product, especially considering the price. My only qualm with it is that the elastic has started to loosen slightly after about a month of consistent wear. As another reviewer mentioned, it's hard to stick your earbud and cable cords into your Nano because the rubber on the bottom gets in the way. However, I just took a pair of scissors and cut a tiny bit away from the slits and it works just fine. When I'm not using the armband for running, I just slip it off, leaving the rubber case around my Nano to protect it. All in all, it's not built to last forever, but it's decent.

Exactly everything I was looking for; entirely envelopes the iPod Nano for security and protection without covering the wheel, has a protective film for the screen, and the armband is perfect size. So for those of you complaining about it being "too big" either you have not set it up correctly, or your arm has an unrealistically small circumference (FYI: I am a female triathlete). Lift some weights!

This bundle of accessories is a great deal. You get a large carrying case, the leather case, screen protecter, lanyard and the cleaning cloth. I mostly used the screen protecter and the leather case. The leather cased alone is better than all the other cases available for this player. Most of the other cases cost around the same price as this whole bundle.

The travel kit is one of the best things, other than a charger that plugs into the wall, that I've bought for my player. It's the handiest way to take everything with you when you go anywhere and don't want your player to get exposed to dirt, direct sunlight, or any other debris in the area of a tote, purse, backpack or whatever. It keeps everything neat and tidy. Love it.

I purchased this kit for the new wifi Sansa Connect. The Connect fits in the larger case (which seems very nice and sturdy) but the smaller leather "glove" does not fit at all. I have not tried the screen protectors yet. My husband had to get a razor blade and carve out a bit of the foam in the larger travel case so the Sansa Connect's nubby antenna would fit, but since the interior has a very nice dense foam padding it was no problem.
Oh, and I like the little "clippy" lanyard. It's not one of those slip-knot lanyards, this one has a nice swivel clip that attaches to a metal loop on the back of the case. The belt loop is two thick velcro strips, so it's fully adjustable. Let me be clear, I really like the travel case, but if you are buying this thinking the leather glove case will fit the Connect, it will not.

The Best, if you want this type........2007-09-19
One of the best cases out there for video iPods if you want basic, good looking protection. It fits my 160GB Classic wonderfully, and looks like it will fit well in any other iPod video. The case may scratch the shiny side if its taken out often, but since its in the case 98% of the time, I'm not one to care about a few scratches (the front aluminum of the classic is very scratch resistant, so no worries there). There is NO clear screen protector built into this case. I wasn't sure about this at the time I bought it, but I prefer it this way since I always put a screen protector on the iPod anyway. The leather scratches fairly easily, but seems durable. Belt clip is permanent, but doesn't protrude excessively. It will serve its purpose well.

Impressive is my one-word summary for this product.
The PodFolio is an exceptional case that provides both protection and style. The leather case is sturdy and the belt-clip has now survived about 4000 insert/removals onto my belt. The flip-top lid protects the screen well. The PodFolio has a slot for connection to a USB cable and a hole on the top for the ear buds.

In look and feel this case is tops. I looked at several retail outlets and all looked cheap/flimsy. This holds my 30gb ipod securely. It never slips. Magnetic catch is sturdy and keeps flap closed. Looks nice clipped on belt, but compact enough to fit in shirt pocket. Really nice, soft leather construction.
Two small drawbacks...first, I wish it had a wrap-around type belt clip with click-stops like my Blackberry case instead of the simple clip it has. Fine for walking around, but I have had it almost slip off a few times when going from sitting to standing or vice versa. Second, the opening at top for headphones in a bit small and rubs against the base of the wire. It has not done any damage yet, but sometimes a wonder if it will over time. Don't let this nit-picking prevent you from buying though. All in all the case is a great value for the money

I was looking for a case that looked good and help protect my shiny new ipod. This did all that and the click wheel still works great through the protector .I does make your ipod a little bulkier but worth it IMO. Also I had to make the headphone hole a bit bigger so I could plug my Shure headphones in. This thing looks great. A little bulky, but I bought it not to be used as something for exercising and listening to music but to just listen to music. The face plate on the front of the case makes the ipod look good without adding extra bulk. The hard plastic protects the screen while a more softer plastic protects the click wheel without hampering your ability to use it properly. However, Even though the back of the case is clear, the Belkin logo on the back would completely block out any engraving that you might have. Also, it does not dock in many docks but a lot of cases dont dock as well. It is quite easy to remove the ipod from the case if you do want to dock it though. It also slides into your pocket easily and does not get stuck like many cotton and synthetic cases do. A great buy all over!
30/60 gb ipod video case.......2007-08-16
A very substantial case with good looks. It snaps solidly together and there is no wiggle room once in the case. The headphone earbud issue could be a valid one, however, my Bose over the ear and Sennheiser buds fit just fine as do the buds that come with the 30 gig model. The aux cable to plug it into my dash cd player fits ok as well. The sliding around issue mentioned elsewhere is a valid concern. I will eventually glue some rubber material on it's back to solve that problem. The lack of clip would be a problem if your workout pants/shorts lack a pocket and listening while working out is must.
Bottom line--looks good, fits very snugly, and is solidly constructed throughout.

Works fine until back case flies out.......2007-09-24
I had the item for about 3 months. I liked everything about the case but the back case seems to fly out if you actually use the carabiner clip which results with your Nano on the street. Finally, I lost the back case and couldn't find it this time. If you don't use the clip then I think you will be alright as I only had the issue when using the clip to attach to a belt or a bag hence the 3 star rating. I am going to
try out the ExtremeMac case next and write a review to see if it works better.
Damage Control for a 9 Year Old.......2007-08-27
I bought this case to protect my 9 year old's new Nano. It does an excellent job of protecting the entire iPod without making it difficult to access the buttons or click wheel--all iPod features operate as if the case isn't even on! It's proven to be extremely protective without compromising the iPod's features.
Too much of a good thing.......2007-08-21
When I first received this case, I was pretty impressed by it - thick, solid. But that turned out to be a problem.
The plastic is so thick, that it prevents you from properly using the click wheel. Whenever I tried to press the Play button, the case forced by finger to end up pressing the center button. I kept having to try to wedge my fingernail down to get the Play button to activate.
While this problem alone was enough for me to abandon this case, there are also two other more minor irritants: (1) the opening for the Hold button is so small, it's almost impossible to access it and (2) the case is a bit slippery.
I used this for two weeks to make sure my evaluation was appropriate - and then gave up on the case. A few small design changes would have been a vast improvement - like beveling the area around the click wheel. That's what the Speck SeeThru-Lucid case does - and that's the one I've gone with.
Nice Idea, Bad Execution.......2007-08-13
I was very excited to receive this case because it sounded like the perfect fit for my needs: good protection that would not limit the functionality or appearance of my ipod.
However perfect it may seem, this case has a few major flaws.
1.) ipod does not fit snuggly in case. There are a few millimeters of extra space between my ipod and the case so that the ipod is able to move up and down/side to side. I suspect that this will case some scratches to my ipod after a few weeks of use.
2.) Case inhibits use of non-apple branded accessories. The case leaves so little space around the headphone jack and docking port that only my apple earbuds and apple charger manage to connect correctly. This means I cannot listen to my ipod in the car without taking it completely out of the case... which makes this case pretty much pointless for me. I am also forced to use the apple earbuds which are too big for my ears.
3.) Case is made of poor quality plastic. Within two days of barely even touching the case it has gotten several deep scratches that will not buff out. The hinges that hold the whole case together seem to be held on by the tiniest piece of plastic imaginable and I would not be surprised if they give out within the first week of use.
I would not buy this case again, and, at 16 Bucks, would say that this is almost a complete waste of money.
Unless you plan to keep your ipod on a shelf and never touch it or try to use it (in which case... why would you even need a case?), I suggest that you look for something else and do not waste your time and money on this piece.

My Wife and I love this. She uses hers to clip it onto her purse, and I put mine through a beltloop. It protects the ipod very well, and gives and easy way to hang it from about anything

This silicone case wasnt exactly what i was looking for but nevertheless gets the job done. It is kind of cheap and leaves the some of the ipod exposed such as the screen and part of the back. The armband works fairly well and was a lot more comfortable than expected. I was trying to get a bargain to protect my ipod by purchasing this product but now i realize I should have just paid the extra ten bucks and gotten a quality product. oh well...

I run 24 miles a week with it and so far have had no problems. Yes, the ipod is difficult to get in and out of the case but so far I have not taken it out of the case- I just remove the arm band and leave the case on. In other words, you can separate the elastic arm band from the ipod case when you're not working out. There is no reason why I've needed to take the case off- all buttons and ports are fully accessible w/ the case on. The arm band seems to be good quality with good velcro; stays snug around my arm, yet stretchy so I can still lift arm weights (biceps) with it on. The rubber case is durable and protects well. Also, there is a screen protector that comes with it. Like another reviewer pointed out, if you do not put the screen protector on the first with no bubbles, you lost your chance to use it. I'm not sure about this- mine went on right the first time.
One reviewer mentioned it bounces around a bit when running. I have not had this problem. I think it would fit most female arms- my upper arm is 10" and it even fits my lower arm snugly (8.5"). I'd definitely recommend this armband to others and would buy another.

The belkin sports sleeve works well for when I am working out at the gym and the rubber sleeve holds the Ipod well. Based on other reviews I expected the rubber sleeve to be much more challenging to get on but it was pretty easy to do. It does not provide great coverage for the screen and wheel unfortunately and I wish the companies that manufacture these items would consider designing a better protective covering. Overall, however, I am very happy with this product.

I been using this Silicon case for a while and is a great addon, although it doesn't cover the screen it protects the whole unit with its not so thick not so thin silicone sheet. its durable, washable, strechable, usable, etc. Fits perfectly.

This works perfectly in protecting my sansa. It fits like a glove and has kept my sansa in great condition. The only thing I have a problem with is that it attracts dust and dirt. It's easy enough to wipe off so I'm ok with it. Recommended product.
Not bad, but not great........2007-08-09
I have been using this item for some time now. Like others who have rated this item, it does attract all kinds of debris. It rests comfortably in my backpack, but looks terrible because of all the lint and other things that have been picked up by it. It does provide excellent protection, though. I dropped my e260 a few times and it bounced like a ball with no damage. I just wish it did not look so bad with all the debris stuck to it.

i bought this case when i bought my mp3 player while it does do its job protecting the player i was not impressed with it otherwise the rubber actually attracts lint, crumbs, hair and it doesn't really keep the player very clean i wouldn't say it was worth what i payed for it

Nine dollars well-spent! The case is easy to use and it means that the MP3 player is not as apt to fall off a desk or table. The belt clip is a bit awkward to use, but I at least know it won't easily fall off. I definitely recommend buying this case.

The case is soft rubber so it goes on easy and stays on tight. The MP3 player will not fall out and it stays very protected. Added bonus is that the color helps add some spice to the MP3 player. You don't have to settle for blaa white anymore!

The Zenstone plus armband worked well, especially under rapid arm movement during strenuous exercise. The mp3 player never shifted position, and allowed me to listen to my music without the concern of the player being trashed.
Too Hard To Remove the Device.......2007-09-07
Get this only if you want to use your stone only at the gym. Getting the stone in and out of the silicon sleeve is not simple and feels like you're about to rip the sleeve. This is a fine armband if you want to leave the stone in it all the time. Personally, when I'm done at the gym, I want to take the device out and throw it in my pocket. This can be done, but it's much more work than it should be. I wouldn't buy this again.

To the first reviewer who said the armband didn't work on small arms... I have to ask just how small is your arm!
I'm a skinny skinny guy and this armband fits so snug over my bicep. It would have been nice if Creative had the armband set up properly so you can use it right out of the box. You have to take the solid black (instead of the smoke black skin sold separately) skin off the band and flip the band around and feed it through the buckle after reattaching the skin the proper way. After that you can make it pretty tight. You'll just have to slide the skin accordingly.
The skin itself is just a simple silicon skin to hide all those ugly scratches that these stones seem to attract. I'm not sure why people are having trouble putting their Stones in the skins as it's as easy as stuffing one corner of the Stone into the button opening and tugging the other side of the opening around the other corner of the Stone and just sliding it in and over the other two corners. It's a cinch to me.
The only downside is the price. Should be $9.99, not $14.99.

I've had the armband for about 15 runs. The iPod sits snugly in armband and there is no threat of it falling out. The strap has adequate number of adjustments and it is comfortable when jogging.

This item actually came early! The shipping was great, but also, it works really well too. It fits my arm perfectly but is almost a little to big. It stays in prace when I go running and keeps my ipod nano safe. I would defenitly reccomend you buying this.

This product does what it says and works okay but it does have some draw backs. The material makes your arm sweat a good bit. It also does not allow you to connect the Nike plus iPod tracking.
