This ink was advertised as Brother Model LC41BK Black Injet Cartridge, leading me to believe it was Name brand, but when it arrived, it was compatible, not original. I feel this was very missleading and false advertisement. If I wanted compatible ink, I would have looked for compatible ink and paid the appropriate price. I only give it two stars because the ink is compatible. I won't buy from databazaar again!

Quality and price - good deal. These are genuine Brother ink carts in original vacuum packaging, not remanufactured. Many ink carts on the web are remanufactured, but the listing does not make it obvious. This price is almost the lowest for new brand-name black, cyan, and yellow (why is magenta price much higher ??). When I tried the least expensive source, they were genuine but outdated or nearly so - probably surplus. These were very fresh, carts dated 2009.05 expiration (purchased 2007.09)

I bought this cartridge for my mom's printer and it didn't work at all. A new one from Staples did the job. I will be contacting this company for a refund.

This ink cartridge is recommended for my printer. The price was less than that of office supply stores and most discount stores. In addition, shipping through Amazon was free. The product arrived quickly and in good condition. I will very likely purchase replacement cartridges in the future in this fashion.

when u print the paper u found ink dots on paper, those dots are too large and wet if u touch that, ink comes to your hand. After the use for few days it print the paper very fine. Good product with less price and it is compatible.

Don't do it........2007-07-07

Had this for 3 yrs., replaced all batteries, 1 hand set is dead and hardly any buttons work. Hope I don't need to call 911 the 1 button is not working. I will never buy a Motorola again. Look at something else.

poor quality.......2007-07-02

After 2 years, various buttons on all three of my receivers have stopped working. We can no longer answer the phone with two of the receiver (the "on" button doesn't work), but can dial out, with the exception of the 3 button. The 5 and 9 no longer work on the third receiver.

The voice message quality (outgoing) was poor from the beginning - crackly, like a worn out tape (not what I expected for digital).

The range is acceptable, and reception was clear in every room of the house and outside in the back yard.

Not a total loss, but I wouldn't buy this phone system again. I really don't trust Motorola's quality after using this product, so will be looking into other brands.

Do Not Buy.......2007-03-04

I have the same problem: the buttons do not work on one of my handsets. Also, the messages do not have a date-stamp on it, it only tells you whether someone called you on a M-F. So if you power goes out, the day of week is messed up, and you don't know when the msg was left on the machine.

I haved had this set for 3 years and have had no problems that are listed above. It sounds great, works great, and my daughters put the batteries to the test regualarly.

I have had 4 of these Motorola phones. In no time the buttons will not respond. Sent one back and Motorola replaced. Out of 4.. only one will still work. Now out of warranty. Again, the buttons commonly used will go not respond in short time. If you need a phone longer than a year..don't but this one.
