I'm quite happy with the contents of this bundled kit! The inclusion of the spare battery and SD card is a nice touch. The tiny tripod, however, is not really a necessity (for a serious amateur), and it broke on me when I tried to use it for the third time only :( However, this little problem was over-compensated by the inclusion of the lovely camera case, which I find very handy (lots of pockets for camera accessories). Overall, 4 stars :)

Good all around camera.......2007-05-04

For the price this is a great camera. Built in zoom works well, takes excellent pictures with little to no light. A little bulky, but for the size of the lens and quality of pictures it takes, a great camera.

My software quit working at about 6 months, and I am currently replacing the camera with a remanufactured one for the same price the camera store is telling me that it would cost me to fix my camera.

Hopefully the new one lasts longer than 6 months. That would be my only complaint about the camera. I got a Service Error 10 after 6 months of use... which the camera store tells me is a software issue with the processor... and cost $160 to fix. So for $170 I ordered a new one with a few extras.

Amazingly fast and Excellent Quality.......2006-05-24

This scanner is amazing. We have it configured to scan 200 dpi color and it just flies through stacks of paper that are all sizes and thicknesses. As long as the 1/4th and 1/8th sheet papers are aligned at the center they never get missed.
The ultrasonic double-feed connection is working extremely well too. We've tried all kinds of things to fake it out but it has always successfully detected double feeds.
Clearing jams and double feeds are a piece of cake.

We've ran about 25,000 documents through this scanner so far and it has exceeded my expectations.

BTW we are using this in conjunction with Visionshape's Autoscan software for barcode recognition of all our documents. Also a very good product.

I purchased for my son for our trip to disney. he loved it but after a few months it stopped working the cds would no longer play so we replaced it and the new one stopped working as well. I would not recommend this product to anyone it is over priced and you are just paying for the disney name. if you do purchase make sure you get a warranty because you will be bringing it back.
