The charger simply doesn't work. I paid for an item that, I repeat does not work. Instead of charging the battery it discharge the battery. I have to use the original charger provided at the time the phone was purchased for my Motorola Virizon phone in order to be able to recharge the battery

Much cheaper than the VZW version and works fine with my E815. I thought the problem was the phone, but it turned out to be the original VZW charger that lasted only 1 year.

This is the second different cable I've bought, and neither have functioned properly. After following all of the instructions exactly, and plugging in my phone (V710) It will be detected once, but never again. I've tried it on differetn USB ports and multiple computers, and so far have been unable to get this product to work.

I found that this product did not deliver. If you want to transfer pics from your phone to your PC forget it. If you want to see a picture of your phone on your PC and make a phone call on your PC that it will do, as for me that is not what I bought it for.

I bought a cell phone battery, charged it and I keep getting the message "invalid battery". Same type battery from another company works fine on another cell phone. I think battery isn't good. I emailed the sales department but never got a reply.

I received this item and the blue illuminated cap is not present on this item. There is a less expensive product in the marketplace w/ a mere blue LED that looks similar, and that product costs about $10 less @ Best Buy. While certainly this product works satisfactorily and the price is decent, you should realize that what you're going to get is not what is pictured... unless Eforcity fixes things, that is.
