I work at a professional photofinishing lab, and I can attest to the quality of the film inside this camera. The Kodak FunSaver produces excellent results in outdoor and bright indoor shots. However, it does not perform well under normal circumstances indoors and in low-light situations.

The flash on the FunSaver is designed for outdoor use. Even if you are shooting outdoors with this camera, make sure you use the flash. In general, using a flash outdoors provides extra versatility when shooting subjects against bright backgrounds, and in all but the brightest sunlight, the flash will not wash out your subjects.

For indoor or low-light shooting, consider the Kodak PowerFlash camera.

Cheap and Nasty!.......2004-06-16

I recently used the Kodak Funsaver camera at a Birthday. The majority of the Photo's were taken inside using the flash. The Flash must be pressed before each shot is taken otherwise the Flash won't go off (As I quickly discovered). The results were a little dissapointing, very unclear, very grainy. These camera's are cheap in price and I'm guessing aimed at the younger market for things such as School excursions and Camping trips. If you are attending a Birthday and want above average photographs then I suggest spending the little extra and getting one of the more advanced Kodak disposable cameras.

Low in Price, these Camera's are a great way of taking Color Shots. However, being lower in Price than the Max HQ and the Advantix Single Use Camera's you sometimes tend to get Pics that aren't as clear. A Great idea for a Child's School Camp or Excursion.

I love these cameras. They are so easy to use, and a lot easier to deal with when it comes time to get the film developed. No fuss with having to wind the film and no worry on your part of exposing the film to light.

Not Bad For The Money.......2005-11-15

Sure, the types of photos you can take with this camera are limited, but I'm guessing that if you buy one of these little cameras you aren't doing photo work for National Geographic or Life magazine.

Instead, this camera is perfect for those quick little getaways to the beach or on a trip down the road. If you're serious about your photos, then you might want to buy something that doesn't have "Single Use" printed on it. But in the case of this camera, it is perfect for a weekend or just a few silly shots of your friends.

Very easy to handle and stow away, this camera comes in handy for folks wanting quick pictures of damaged property. I'm talking about everything from a fender bender to house damage for insurance purposes.

This camera can be picked up in just about any store and they are very easy to use. The pictures may not be, ahem, picture perfect, but at least you'll have captured an inkling of what you did on that daytrip across the stateline or with the kiddies at the local zoo.

In short, get a few of these cameras and keep them laying around. You never know when that perfect photo moment will pop up, and with one of these guys in reach, you'll never miss that moment again.

Camera's Shelf Life Expired.......2006-11-11

I purchased this type of camera via Amazon. I received cameras that had an expiration date of 1999. Clearly, these cameras were extremely old and had been part of the company's dated backstock. I sent an e-mail asking for a refund and have yet to receive a response two months later. I would strongly discourage anyone who would wish to purchase these cameras from this company. Beware!

The cameras are useless and the vendor knows it. We called them. The film in the cameras expire in July of 2001. We called Kodak and they said the film is useless. The vendor did not have the word Date in the description when we bought the cameras. That has been added that since then. The description was Kodak Funsaver Panoramic Disposable 35mm 15 exp 7/01. The words exp 7/01 was not explained as expired in 7/01 so was very deceptive.
We are very disappointed that Amazon would be part of obvious deception like this. We still have the cameras in their boxes and they are unused.

THIS THING SUCKS. I got it on the Christmas of 2001 the year that Gamecube was released (which i also got :D). But i have 2 say only my sister liked it. I had the basic controller and this one. After the 2nd week of havin this piece of CRAP, my friend comes over who has THEE GENTLEST HANDS, moved around the joystick and it got stuck and loose. i didnt think that was a big deal at first but then the Z button got jammed then A, B, Y,L and R! THe remaining ones were useless and we were playing SUPER SMASH BROS MELEE! This thing just sucks. Dont buy it. At all. DOnt even touch it. DONT EVEN FU**IN look at it man!

This product is ok if you want to go with something very cheap. It works just as well as the regular nintendo controllers but I personally prefer the controllers nintendo makes.

The controller is much larger which makes it harder to press the buttons you need to get to. There is an extra z button on the other side which they named m which i have no clue what it is used for. The grips on the side of the controller make it very uncomfortable to hold and for you serious gamers might give you blisters.

The only thing that might be good about this controller is that it has about an extra foot of cord.

If i were you i would spend the 5 extra bucks to but the controller nintendo makes. You will indeed be much happier with your purchase

Small, but works (especially for kids).......2003-02-27

After losing my only controller, my wife picked up this one based on price alone.

It does work, but it's smaller than Nintendo made controllers.
After 1 minutes, I was used to it, and it's easier for my kid to use with his small hands.

I'm glad to have it. It was inexpensive and it better for the kids, but I will be getting a normal one for my larger hands to use (someday in the future)
