Amazon.com Product Description
With a simple touch screen interface, automatic route calculation to any destination, and turn-by-turn voice-prompted directions, the StreetPilot c330 GPS navigator is a powerful companion for your adventures on the road. Plus, Garmin has designed the "c-series" of car navigation units to be as simple and easy-to-use as possible-- no more intimidating features, just straightforward, basic navigation at your fingertips. Selecting a destination is as simple as a few finger-strokes, and you can choose between a three-dimensional navigation view or the more traditional "bird's eye" overhead view.
The streetPilot "c-series" GPS navigators feature a simple touchscreen interface, with automatic route calculation to any destination. |
The 3.5-inch diagonal, 16-bit color display makes navigation a snap. |
The included database features nearly six million points of interests including hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs, and attractions. |
The c330 keeps track of places that you find and stores the fifty most recent finds in an easy to access list called Recent Selections, placing the most recently viewed at the top of the list. This becomes a very helpful feature if you visit the same places over and over and don't want the inconvenient of reloading the information in the unit multiple times. Although the c330 boasts distinctive and sleek styling, simplicity is the name of the game. The only buttons are a rotary volume knob and an on/off switch. The device is secured by a suction-mount cradle that fastens to the windshield for easy portability between vehicles. You can customize the unit's appearance with an array of colored faceplates that are sold separately.
For the ultimate out-of-the-box convenience, the StreetPilot c330 comes pre-loaded with highly detailed MapSource City Select street data. The database features an industry-leading five million-plus points of interest, including hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs, and attractions. The c330's bright, 3.5-inch diagonal, 16-bit color display makes navigation a snap. The unit also features dual integrated speakers for high-quality voice prompts, and an internal lithium-ion battery for out-of-car route planning.
It's also worth mentioning that with some GPS units the manual to use them is as thick as a phone book, but it was a pleasant surprise to find that the c330's manual was very easy to use and provided many screen shots to make sure the user understood the units capabilities. If you find yourself on the road looking for addresses often and just want a GPS to tell you where to go simply and clearly than this unit was made for you.
What's in the Box
StreetPilot c330 receiver, vehicle suction cup mount, PC/USB interface cable and quick-reference guide. Also includes a factory pre-loaded version of Americas Recreational Basemap and MapSource City Select North America CD with full unlock (for sale in North America).

Love it!.......2007-09-20
Garmin StreetPilot c330 Vehicle GPS NavigatorI love it. Wish I had bought the dashboard holder, it did fall off window once. It has been alot of fun in town and am waiting to try it out on the unfamiliar roads.
Excelent GPS.......2007-09-18
With +700 reviews I'll add only things that you may don't know
Pros:
- You can use the GPS to find locations like Restaurants, Gas, etc.
- You can also do a search by name, like Starbucks, and it will display a list with the ones around your location;
- Your route shouldn't have to be from A to B. Your route can be A to B to C to D.
- There is a dashboard which shows few stats of your trip like current speed, average moving speed, time moving, time stopped, etc;
Cons:
- I miss the ability to define alternatives routes.
- It is cumbersome to move the map when viewing the route. There is no arrow keys to drag the map.
- When zooming out the map it will automatically zoom in when you get close to a turn;
If what you want is a GPS to show your way around the city/state/country, maybe find some places to go while on the road and has a limited budget, you'll be satisfied by this one.
great choice for novices.......2007-09-18
Purchased this gps system after carefull review and product searching. The package arrived within 1 day as I had ordered (great value for next day shipping ..just $13.00). It is ready to go right out of the box as decribed. It is was very easy to set up. Used it today to get to work just to test and was happy. The real test will be later this week as I journey to CT. form PA. I have confidence that it will work just fine. I'll update upon my return.
GARMIN C330.......2007-09-17
The Garmin Street Pilot C330 is an excellent tool. There are some instances where it gives incorrect directions. For the most part it does very well. I think it is especially handy for being able to identify upcoming streets at night when street signs are hard to see.
Great for anyone that travels for work.......2007-09-16
This is one of the best things I have bought for myself. It works great, and will direct you right where you want to go. The only draw back I have found, you may be directed through some pretty rough neighborhoods.

Customer Reviews:
one of my favorites.......2007-09-19
I have used the G9 only for one week but it has become my favorite over several very good cameras. I am an experienced amateur and have some very nice equipment but I bought the 9 for it's compact size and ease of use, and the generally unobtrusive rangefinder style which is basically point and shoot with incredible breadth as applies to creativity. It is a very versatile camera with no limitations for general photojournalism and figure work which are my main interests. Incidently, it is my first Canon, and it is fast and accurate.
Pro: versatile, creative, crystal image, fast steady autofocus. Crisp colors and fair battery life.
Cons: I am trying to find a way to increase the grip. Menu items work only in certain modes which makes the learning curve a little steep.
Very Nice High-End P&S Camera.......2007-09-17
Before I bought the G9, I owned both the G3 and G6. I loved both cameras. When I had the G3, I didn't really do much with it. The G6, I did a little more. With the G9, I plan to learn and do a whole lot.
I pre-ordered the camera from Amazon on Thurs., Aug. 30th, and received it on Wed., Sept. 12th. I have taken over 600 pictures with it already.
If you are a G6 owner, you should move up to the G9. Why? It definitely has both a different look and feel. It has taken me some time to get used to. I really love the camera.
The Canon G series has been great for those of us who want more out of a P&S camera but won't or can't move up to a DSLR.
For DSLR users, this camera would be a great companion camera. It is not designed to replace a DSLR as some people think.
I have the G7 and happy with it.......2007-09-13
I have had a G7 since Christmas 2006.
I have shot many pictures with mine All at the highest resolution. I have two 4Gig HC cards that I constantly fill up and I edit my pictures on my PC and insert them into my Videos I make.
I have been super happy with it... This is my first Digital camera, and I had always said I would not buy a digital camera until they are Over 10Meg and Affordable. So, the G7 fit that bill.
I see no major difference between my G7 and the G9, other than the RAW format. If I was to buy one today, I would go with the G9, but truly since I don't need RAW, I am OK with my G7.
I would highly recommend either one of these cameras. I have been an Avid Fan of Canon cameras for the last 40 years. I still own an A-1 with lenses going up to 500mm. My first Canon was a FTb camera, All Manual and All Joy. too bad it was stolen from me by my College Buddy/Roomate.
Peace
Perfect SLR alternative.......2007-09-13
I've owned the G7 for about 1 month now and I've really learned to appreciate all its advanced features - but recently I received my G9 and I will be returning the G7. What I like about the G9 over the G7:
1. Bigger screen (3.0" vs 2.5") - with no apparent decrease in battery life.
2. Picture quality is better. I have done many parallel tests using the exact settings on both cameras (with the exception of the 12 vs 10 MP of course) and the results have been clearly more favorable towards the G9 in terms of light metering and sharpness. The G9 has a new metering system as well as a more advanced focusing system too.
3. RAW option is great. Even though most pics will be taken using JPEG (to conserve memory space), you know it when you've got a great landscape with just the perfect lighting conditions that you know may result in a printable pic, in which case you will want to have a raw copy for processing it to the highest potential.
4. Timelapse photo functionality is a very nice to have option which the g7 lacks
5. The physical handling of the camera is better, the front has more grip.
6. Some other design aesthetics have also gone into the g9 which I prefer.
7. Noise levels are exactly the same as in the G7. I tested both up to 400 ISO (I would not use anything higher that that) many times and the speculations found on the internet forums that the higher number of pixels would result in more noise is simply incorrect - at least in my ability to see it in my tests.
* the only thing I dislike in the g9 over the g7 is that new usb connection door mechanism. It feels like it may one day break even with proper use. The "slide out" door (like the battery door) mechanism was so much better in terms of use and possible durability.
If I were a G7 owner (and you could not return it because you've had it longer than 30 days) I would not upgrade as the g7 is a superb camera - but if you were looking to buy a new camera the g9 is a better choice over the g7. The g9 is the perfect camera alternative to a bulky SLR - without the loss of total photographic control or quality. Highly recommended.
Canon G series upgrades..........2007-09-13
How come every Canon G series upgrade is a great camera but probably not worth the cost of upgrading to the new version? I have read this in nearly every review of upgrades since G3. Is G9 no better than G3? When each new camera comes out most reviewers say it is great but not worth ugrading from the previous version. The bottom line is the difference between G9 and G3 is HUGE. The improvements happened somewhere but somehow the reviewers missed them.
Just my thoughts...?

Customer Reviews:
Love it!.......2007-09-21
This shredder replaced a very old one that we had. I am very happy with the purchase. I have several boxes of papers to shred from my parent's home and it has performed very well. I love the ability to shred credit card and the easy-to-empty container. I usually feed in 3-4 sheets at a time although the capacity is for up to 12. I have a lot to shred so I'm trying to get more through it before it heats up. The safety feature works wonderfully...I have a young daughter and the minute you touch the area to feed in the paper it stops. I would purchase this shredder again without hesitation.
Satisfactory Product.......2007-09-20
This little beast works as advertised. It can handle a good amount of paper in one session, doesn't jam (as long as you don't try to shove like, 20 pages in at a time), swallows staples without complaint, and easily deals with CDs and credit cards through the special slot.
Like others have commented, my only complaint is the flimsy construction of the base. The shredding unit at the top is significantly more massive than the base. The poor structural rigidity of the base makes it difficult to assemble (even though the assembly itself is quite quick), difficult to move, and difficult to empty and reinsert the waste basket portion. It's nowhere near a fatal flaw, however, but an extra few cents put into manufacturing and this would have been a much sturdier unit.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied and would highly recommend this to anyone seeking to help protect their private information. If you're looking for a powerful shredder at an affordable price, look no further than this unit.
shred for life.......2007-09-20
I feel so much more secure in knowing that all my private information is being destroyed in an acceptably manner. This "Fellowes" shredder is quiet and capable of handling up to a twelve sheet thickness.
Perfect for home use....(probably not for office).......2007-09-20
I'm a full time college student and my sister is a school teacher and we always have so many things to shred. This thing shreds just right, small enough that it is impractical for anyone to read. I've shred papers with staples, cds, old credit cards and it has worked well for me. The basket is large enough to shred for a while that you won't need to dump it out everyday. The frame is a little flimsy though but for the price and performance it has, this definitely makes shredding all sort of things fun. It does occasionally get paper jam though but that's usually only when I feed it a huge stack of papers :(
Finding a durable printer.......2007-09-19
My wife and I have a home office and use a shredder for some personal and business duties. We have owned several Fellowes printers. These all performed well and were well-reviewed, but usually give out after a year or two. I purchased this printer as it's a medium-duty printer rather than the light-duty models we have used in the past. The heavy duty ones were considerably more expensive and I didn't feel our usage required heavy-duty equipment. So far, the machine has performed well. It seems both quieter and more powerful than prior models we've owned. I cannot address durability as yet, but I am hopeful, based on the performance so far, that we will have this machine for at least 3-4 years. So, I give the shredder 4 stars with hopes it will eventually prove to be a 5-star model.

Programmable financial calculator Comprehensive instruction manual Uses reverse polish notation (RPN)
Amazon.com Review
If you bought yourself a financial calculator during the 1980s, chances are it was this bad boy. Nothing has changed since its introduction--it still uses Reverse Polish Notation (RPN), is easy and versatile in programming, and has a thin, sturdy casing. Certainly, there's been newer, fancier calculators introduced since, but there's something to be said for the quality of classics.
The HP 12C's functions include all the basics--such as calculating APR, NPV, and IRR--and statistics are a snap. For students new to financial calculators, this is an excellent place to start. For the most part, the manual reads like a minitextbook, walking you through sample problems and situations followed by graphs and tables demonstrating the technique--and you can even check your results. The section on creating programs does seem to be written for the technically ignorant, addressing in detail how you could possibly benefit from using programs, but it'll still help you get the job done.
In general, it's a bit slower than newer models, just like last year's computer isn't as speedy as today's new release. On the plus side, it's just 3 by 5 inches and slips easily into a pocket. The bottom is printed with a few little cheat notes for common functions, which is nice for quick reference. The HP 12C's one-year warranty and available tech-support line offer reassurance this little workhorse will continue to be an industry standard for years to come. --Jill Lightner
Pros:
- Pocket size
- Thorough and simple instruction manual
- Competitive price
Cons:
- Calculates more slowly than modern machines

Excellent.......2007-08-29
The best Calculator, in all times. It hasn't change design, since it has been on the market, that means it is a hell of a calculator!
Excellent product.......2007-08-29
The HP12C and other reverse polish calculators made by HP are absolutely the best in the logic (reverse polish method is extremely efficient), quality of design and manufacturing and in durability. This is a product that is designed to last for a long, long time.
Powerful tool no home should be without!.......2007-07-28
This is the only calculator you will ever need...and yes it WILL get you laid
Calculator review.......2007-07-23
This is a great calculator if you can figure it out! Look up Reverse Polish Notation before purchasing, and if you can understand that, then it will make your life easier as you go through the included manual.
same-o product, cheaper parts..........2007-07-05
I've owned one since 1984 when I was in college...I still have mine (only replaced the battery twice so far since--it uses three watch batteries). I had misplaced it somewhere and had to order a replacement...Amazon is great for this-got it nicely and quick. the new HP12C now has cheap plasticky buttons (and sounds like it too when you tap on them)...some better enhancements?: one single flat battery...and a faster processing chip..as if a few nanoseconds are going to make a difference in calculation time??!! but better than nothing right? anyway, it's not that you'll be able to buy the old (better-made) model, but perhaps you may want to look at the anniversary edition (i have not checked it out)...overall, it's still a great product...btw, i did find my old HP12C, so am back to using it again...the new one sits in the drawer as a backup...lol

Paid for it's self 2 times over in first 20 minutes!!.......2007-09-14
This detector is awesome. I drive from NYC to Albany and back at least twice a week so I figured it was time a invested in one of these. Within 20 minutes of installing it it alerted me to a trooper, speed trapping in the middle of the highway. On the same journey K band must have gone off at least 5 times and every time there was a cop car somewhere nearby. I switch it off in NYC as it just goes off all the time, but it has saved me numerous times subsequently from many a fine. I had a road angel back in the UK a few years ago and this is far superior. I guess technology has moved on since then. I would say I drive about 90MPH most of the time.
Great detector, good price.......2007-09-14
Great radar detetor. and the price is nice.
I got it for just under $100 I signed up for the amazon credit card deal.
I can leave this mounted in my car and not bite my nails about it being stolen, 300 to 400 for other detectors. vs. 100 for this one.
Will this unit out perform a Valentine or a Bel, probably not.
But am I driving a Porche or Corvette? No, I drive a Hyundai.
But I have a long commute and this little gem just keeps me alert to any smokey bear traps along my daily commute.
The compass is nice too.
I've seen a few times where I saw no other cars and the K band starts to alert me, then about 8 seconds later, a local sherriff car crested the hill in front of me, that was cool. I was able to see this unit work.
And it did what its supposed to do.
Pick yourself up the hardwire kit so you free up your lighter socket.
The power cord that comes with it is a tad short but sufficient.
Again for this price its a sound investment.
Wonderful.......2007-09-10
The Cobra XRS-9930 is absolutely a great radar detector. I used it the same week it arrive for a trip to Springfield, IL and it worked great without any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Dependability at an Affordable Price........2007-09-06
I have used cobra radar detectors for many years. I have been satisfied with their performance and technology. The XRS-9930 is the best radar detector to date and the multi color screen is fantastic. It has saved me from many tickets so far and with Amazon's great price every one should have one. Sure, it doesn't point in witch direction the police are at, but then again your not paying over $300.00!
All the bells and whistles and false alarms galore.......2007-09-03
This radar detector has lots and lots of features. I wish the false alarms weren't one of them. I've ended up disabling many of the detection methods because I haven't found an incidenence when those additional methods saved me. For example, VG2 detection seemed to go off a lot and the only thing I could see is other people with radar detectors anywhere near me. It detects what it says it does, you just need to learn real from fake with this one. I want my low end Whistler radar detector I gave my wife back. When it went off, it was the real deal.

Plantronics CT12 2.4 GHz Cordless Headset Phone w/ ID.......2007-09-20
I have owned a similar phone for several years and bought this one as a gift. I like to use it for talking while doing other things like folding clothes, washing dishes, peeling potatoes and working on the computer. I can even walk out to the mailbox while talking on the phone. Love this phone!
Great phones!.......2007-08-31
I tried several headset phones without success ... poor range and battery life seemed inevitable. Then I purchased a CT12, and it worked so well my wife wanted one too! We've had two of them for the last couple years and they have worked perfectly.
The headset is comfortable and it's easy to hear and be heard, it is feather-weight and the battery lasts for hours. They reach all parts of the house and yard, and there's no problem using two of them simultaneously (they completely ignore one another).
What's not to like?
Compact, good quality.......2007-08-29
The item is compact in size which is very convenient. Although the headset doesn't adjust quite small enough for me. Haven't used it much yet, but the sound quality appears to be good. Packed full of features (which I have a hard time remembering how to use). Has several different ringtones, which you can assign to different callers, if you wish. That is a feature I had only had on a cell phone prior to this. Drawback: It is hard to remove from charger with the headset cord attached. Must grab it just right from the top two side edges. Overall, excellent product.
Plantronics CT12 2.4 GHz DSS Cordless Headset Phone with Caller ID.......2007-08-27
This is a great phone!! I bought two of them. My wife and I work from home and are on the phone for hours doing conference calls with our employees and the head office. Half the time I would have to go without a headset so I could hear. The sound clarity is superb and I love the size of the phone and fit of the headset.
The only drawback so far is the buttons are small and unlit - no big deal for me but might be for others.
I will probably by two more for our Florida office so we have them there too.
Should have listened to others.......2007-08-27
I am disappointed with this phone, but mainly that is my fault as I didn't listen to others. The headset is OK (I now know it was not the previous phone that was bad but the fact that I am too close to my wireless router) but it is useless as a regular phone because you can't use it without the headset; which ticks off my wife!!
I guess I should have bought a wireless headset phone.

Customer Reviews:
Good, not great, but not sure what would be better either.......2007-09-21
Overall, I'm happy with the product; it's got a nice look and feel and the mouse and keyboard are comfortable. I downloaded the correct drivers from the logitech site and everything works fine with my macbook pro - no problems with the shortcut keys, etc.
The only complaint I have is that sometimes the USB signal seems slow or seems to have been lost. I have to "reconnect" the mouse sometimes by pushing the signal button on the USB receiver and then on the mouse. I'm not sure if this is due to the mouse itself, or due to the fact that I'm using this with a USB hub and not the USB port on my laptop. I tried it connected directly to the laptop and it seemed a bit better, but still more sluggish than my older logitech laptop mouse. There are only a couple wireless USB options out there for Macs though, if you don't like the Mighty Mouse...
Great!.......2007-09-20
I began researching Mac keyboards/mice because I hate the mouse that came with my Mac and I would rather have a wireless system.
I found this one and decided to purchase even though some of the reviews said it didn't work with the Intel machines. When i got it, I put in the batteries, plugged in the USB, and clicked the connect buttons. Everything worked great - well, the mouse/keyboard basics worked.
Once I went to the Logitech help pages, I found the updated software download for the Intel mac software/drivers. Once that was installed, I had the fully functional setup running right away.
What is really great is that I can just grab the mouse and USB receiver and toss it in my backpack to use at school (they have older macs with worse mice then my iMac came with).
The Mouse itself is very comfortable for my hand and I can finally right-click again. The movement is smooth with or without a mouse pad, and the batteries have not needed to be changed yet (about 6 months so far).
The Keyboard is very thin, which is something I was looking for. Most replacement keyboards seem to be larger then the basic ones - this one is a tad smaller, and about 1/2 as high. I have had no issues with using it, and no keystroke lag at all. Still running on my original set of batteries here too.
For those that care, the form factor of this set looks really good with the white iMac I have. It doesn't look out of place or cheap at all.
A reliable product.......2007-09-19
I purchased this keyboard/mouse combo approximately 3 weeks ago. I have no complaints. It functions reliably. I have my keyboard and mouse in a keyboard drawer slightly below the "receiver." This does not disrupt function. The receiver cord is suitably long, a big plus!
The keyboard and mouse were easy to set up. It's nice having the extra buttons on the side of the keyboard and it's really nice to have a keyboard that doesn't SHOW everything that gets inside of it, like the clear Apple keyboards do! I highly recommend this product!
great.......2007-09-14
This keyboard is great. It's really comfortable, works from sitting on the futon away from the computer. The mouse is nice, too. It's pretty ergonomic, actually. I would highly recommend it.
Apple doesn't know how to make keyboards........2007-08-30
Apple makes pretty hunks of metal and plastic that sell.
Apple doesn't make ergonomic hunks of metal and plastic that are both useful and comfortable for extended use. That new all-metal keyboard looks pretty, and it's a step up from their last white/clear plastic ergo-nightmare, but it's on par with their original iMac hockey puck mouse in terms of usability.
Now Logitech, they know ergonomics. (Their PS2 wireless controller = best console game controller, ever.)
I've got RSI and I sit in front of computers easily 100+ hours a week. No question. This is the best feeling keyboard I've ever used. If Logitech only made this same exact model for PC's, I'd buy five. Seriously.
My only complaint, and why it's only 4 stars: I'm a lefty, Logitech. Give us some damn love. The mouse I use for gaming, but I switch over to my wired ambidextrous cheapo Logitech mouse for gaming.
P.S. It works for Intel Macs, people... When in doubt, go to the website and download the latest driver. Simple as pie.

Customer Reviews:
Nice equipment.......2007-09-15
Sony 12.1 MP is an excellent equipment. It takes very clear pictures and videos. Problem is that it has sensitive lens and the camera should not fall or turn over once the lens are extended (not retracted) or you will need to go the the Sony repair shop to have it running well again. Would prefer a Canon which appears to be more durable but Canon does not have a 12.1MP camera.
Excellent pics.......2007-09-13
What a great all around camera...Very compact and easy to carry. The pictures are clear and the video feature is awesome...
This one is awesome, must buy.......2007-08-24
The reason I bought this camera, because it has extra high sensitivity (ISO 3200 and up to 6400)which is a very nice feature. You can take a picture in a low light condition and without flash light. I know the flash light is ganna hurt my baby's eyes and I don't want to pay a big bucks for SLR. It has done very good job so far. I like everything about this camera. I think this one will fit you whoever is going to have a baby.
Good enough for 90% of shots.......2007-08-07
The best things about this camera is the form factor, good screen, and improved automated focus. This camera provides excellent resolution and capability. As an upgrade from a 3.1 Mp Cybershot it represents a smooth transition and upgrade that is satisfactory and expected. The low light capabilities are good but not great... some graininess comes thru circumstantially.
Seems to be good for Under Water use.......2007-06-13
I've had this camera about 3 weeks and I've taken a number of photos with it. Initially I was disappointed in that the on line liturature (including from Sony) all says Macro down to 2 CM, when its actually down to 5 CM (2 inches) and that (5 CM) is stated in the book that comes with it. I use macro a lot in underwater photography and some on land. My previous Sony camera (and yes I flooded it, hence the new one) did go down to 2 CM but the fact is I seldom got that close because (a) it tends to scare the daylights out of any creatures that can move and (b) the depth of field becomes almost 2 deminsional - that's just optics and photography. So I usually get further away to increase the depth of field and crop to what I want. So while that was a disappointment the fact is it's of little actual consequence.
I've taken quite a few photos with it primarily getting the feel of it and learning to use this particular one. My previous camera was a Sony F707 so the small size of this one is a pleasant change. The menus are intuitive and easy to use. Key functions like macro and flash are not menu driven but button driven so changes can be made quickly. It takes good photos. The colors are good and the detail is good. The more I use it the more I like it. The battery life is very good as was my old F707. I like the ability to delete one, selected photos or everything on the memory stick (or internal memory). For macro (and other modes) the focus mode can easily be changed, via menu, to a spot focus (it has to be in the P setting though to get to that option) and that is a good feature. Other features such as photo size and exposure mode are similarly easily set. The screen is large and can be turned off to save battery life. The optical view finder is small and would suffer from offset if used close up. The difference in battery life when using the screen isn't that much. The view finder is most useful when bright light makes the screen hard to see - pretty much true for all of them.
Lag time, while not that of digital SLR's is OK, not outstanding but good. Start up time is very good and it has about a 3 minute time out period so it's not off everytime you get ready to take a photo (very important U/W) and if it is off it comes on very quickly.
The camera comes with a summary booklet which covers the basics. The full booklet is a .pdf file. The book is OK to good, not great. The info is there just not alwasy that easy to find.
I also bought the marine pack underwater housing to go with it. It's good down to 40 meters and is very compact. Every feature on the camera can be accessed while it's in the housing. I'm a scuba instructor and this past weekend I took it to an old quarry that we use as a training facility for diving. The visibility ws OK, not great by any means, somewhat green - the usual freshwater stuff. I got there early and got in with the camera and housing before the students had a chance to kick it up worse and took some underwater photos - not expecting much considering the visibility and light balance. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the photos. Other shops pros commented on the photo quality considering where they were taken. The shop owner asked for copies to put on the shop web gallery. I'll be taking it down to Cayman Brac the first of next month so I'm certainly looking forward to using it there. Incidently the housing is very useful for photography when it's raining or any chance to get wet such as boats, rafting and the like. They're even used in industrial environments because the housing removes any small possibility of the camera being an ignition sourse.
And as was previously mentioned, even the battery charger is compact. The battery is charged outside the camera, good so you have a battery charging back in the room while you're using the other one. It is a propritary battery so a spare is a good idea.
I'm happy with the camera. The more I use it the more I like it. It's very small, it's very easy to use and takes very good photos.

Customer Reviews:
Call Jabra first! Don't trust their website compatibility tool! Call!!!.......2007-09-20
I checked Jabra's compatability tool with my Sony Ericsson W300i cell/mp3 player, and was given the all clear, couldn't wait to get it! Paired up with no problems, but will only make and receive calls, no music!!! That was my main reason for buying it! So, I called Jabra and was told that no it would not be able to play music! I love my cell/mp3 player, it's a great phone, and Jabra made it sound like my phone was out of date which it is not at all. When I mentioned that their website tool said it would work I simply got a "sorry". So, make sure you call them or better yet go with your cell phones brand name headset, this has taught me a lesson!
Horrible Sound Quality.......2007-09-17
I have tried these on 2 different cell phones and on my Mac. It paired up with them just fine, however the audio quality was horrible. No low or high end, nor any dimension to the sound. I can't believe more reviewers haven't mentioned how bad the audio quality is. Build quality is fine. However, it's simply unlistenable. I'm returning them.
Really Nice for a Sweet Price.......2007-08-28
I love this headset.
I listen to my iPod via the Jabra music adapter and when I open my LG Wave cellphone, it swaps over. It also works with the phone's Mp3 player; cool. My only problem is the lights, they're REALLY lame.
Incompatible with Blackberry Curve.......2007-08-23
I just got my headphones. They worked for phone calls (with some static), but I couldn't play music through them. The buttons work as far as pausing and skipping songs, but no music through the headphones. I contacted Jabra and found out it isn't compatible with the Curve. Would've been nice to know ahead of time. These are a little expensive to be just a remote control for my phone's music player.
Check the Jabra website before purchasing to make sure they are compatible. Just because your phone supports advanced audio doesn't mean these will work with it.
Great sound quality, "different" look.......2007-08-22
How big does your head have to be for these not to fit?? Anyway, not to be fooled, if you don't mind looking like a combo of uber geek and DJ funkypants these are great. Good sound quality at 30 feet, and they stay put. I have a pair and wear them proudly. Embrace your inner geek and listen to music without wires.
