You'll have the power of the Force in your hot little hand as you wield your wireless lightsaber against the forces of the dark side! This fantastic game is for 1 player, ages 8 and up. Requires 4x 'AA' batteries, not included. Innovative wireless technology lets your lightsaber interact with your TV screen! Move and slash it in different ways to defeat enemies like Darth Vader, General Grievous, Jango Fett, and more. But don't forget to shield yourself. Learn powerful new moves as you prove your worthiness as a Jedi Knight!
Editorial Review
While Luke Skywalker needed to use only the force in his training to become a Jedi knight (like his morally ambivalent and intermittently evil father), you will need a television set with AV inputs, an RF adaptor if your TV doesn't have those, and four AA batteries which are not included in this challenging lightsaber battle game. Simply plug in the training droid and hoist the rather dinky sword as you follow along on the TV adventures. You get a chance to fight against an array of bad guys like Jango Fett, Darth Maul, Emperor Palpatine (don't let appearances fool you, he's spry), and Anakin Skywalker while you fight alongside Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn, Mace Windu, and others. --Charlie Williams
Customer Reviews:
physically fun!!.......2007-08-20
this game is fun. you juke, you move, you swing, you sweat... your arms hurt. if the sensor was a little move accurate to pick up all your moves and the graphics were better this would be an all time fave, but whaddya expect for 30 bucks. its easy to travel with and easy to hook up. plus you can set the kids free on it, knowing that thier not just sittin there like big american potatoes... makes me wanna get a wii
Kids love it and exercise!.......2007-07-06
My 4yr old LOVES this game and has defeated the entire thing. As he gets plenty of exercise we got it largely to help him with practicing and persistence. Lots of sweaty hours later and he mastered it! (I on the other hand am to level II.)
The blue cover came off the lightsaber but it works fine without it.
Great for kids (and kids at heart) of all ages (our 1yr old enjoys it as well, has even beat the first ObiWan).
Doesn't work very well........2007-07-04
I bought this as a gift for my son. He is a Star Wars fanatic. But it was not really worth the buy. The "eye" does not pick up very well. He would be playing and his "saber" wouldn't work. I moved the "eye" every which way, but was unable to get it to constantly pick up my son's movement. If it wasn't for that, this would be a fun toy.
It works, but get's a bit too hard quickly.......2007-05-25
I got this for my 4 year old nephew who happens to LOVE swords. First off, this game actually works well enough once it's set up properly. The graphics are about in-between the original Nintendo and Sega Genesis and are smooth enough.
However, even I (an avid gamer) was finding myself frustrated when trying to beat certain characters or levels just a few levels into the game.
Expect your child to have hours of fun with this system, but do not expect him to be able to beat it.
Ok.......2007-05-19
Well, it was pretty cool at first, like, blocking all the blasters, and other lightsabers, BUT the graphics are horrible and it is nothing like the real thing. The laser blasts have been slowed down a ton, and it is hard to find where your lightsaber is. Furthermore, it broke after I dropped the lightsaber.
:-(

Customer Reviews:
Star Wars.......2007-09-09
In compare to Battlefield, this game is a lot more fun to play, because you need to be creative in transforming ways to win a war, where as there are no transformation possible in other games when you are a robot and can roll, etc... Just stay away from the "bonus" CD as the registration will ask for your credit card number to play online!
Excellent value for three great games........2007-08-23
Excellent value for three great games. However, they could have put the discs in a better case.. or three cases. They come stacked on top of each other in one case.
Good collection of games.......2007-08-21
A really good collection of older Star Wars games to try out. The downside of this collection is that Windows Vista is not compatible with many of these games. Unless patches are released, the games can not be played.
All of my friends who have played Knights of the Old Republic on the console system have enjoyed it as a really good and fun game. However, my computer had some interface problems with it. The movements were really choppy even when reduced to the less detailed levels, makes it extremely difficult to fight or explore around the map. The game plays in 1st person/ 3rd person shooter style. Wish that Bioware had programmed their Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic series more like Neverwinter Nights in game play interface instead of 1st / 3rd person shooter style instead.
Star Wars Battlefront was a really fun game to play, very similar to playing paintball with the quick rush and being able to respawn in the game. Your teammates fight better as you control more victory objectives.
There are some really fun maps to fight on that make it enjoyable, while the terrain on Endor and Yavin make it a bit challenging as even white storm trooper armor can seem to blend into the woods. Each map can be completed in less than 15 minutes. There are also neat nuances to the game, when entering the cantina on Tatooine, you can hear the band music in the background.
Also neat about the game is that you can play all the different factions from the Trade Federation to Rebellion. Have not tried the online play however.
Star Wars Republic Commando was a really fun game. 1st person shooter is very stable (those who get motion sick from 1st person shooters might be ok with this game) and best of all, have squad mates to work with. The squad mates can take down opponents and man weapons points. They can also slice into computers and demo objectives. Fortunately there are plenty of bacta tanks to heal up after getting into a rough fight against the Trade Federation battle droids. The downside of this game is that it only has 3 chapters/ levels.
Star Wars Empire at War is a real time strategy game. Gets very tedious after a few battles. Not as fun as Dune 2000 or Command & Conquer series. Space battles are extremely frustrating as there is a limit as to the number of ships you have at one time and you do not get to choose which ones to deploy before the battle. So if you have a bunch of troops to land, you'll have the unarmed transports on the map while your cruisers and frigates are waiting to jump in as the Star Destroyers pound your fleet into oblivion.
Ground battles are also quirky. One Stormtrooper squad takes forever to get killed, even when surrounded by 3 rebel infantry squads and two tank platoons. Meanwhile when this same rebel force goes against a gun emplacement, they get wiped out as the gun emplacements are tough to kill.
What really hurts Empires at War is the building of forces, done at real time. There is no way a human player can manage the construction and upgrades of multiple planets at the same rate as a computer. You will be overwhelmed. The strategic map of unit and planetary building/ planning should have been turn based with one map interface table to allocate resources and builds. It would be more manageable and balanced, especially for online person vs person play where there is a time limit for planning.
Overall, this collection is a really fun, if your operating system can play the games. It does cost a bit at $40, but for the variety of games it is a good value. Would have scored higher if weren't for the operating system headaches and quirky game play in some of the games. Note: haven't tried Jedi Knight 2 or Star Wars Galaxies online, which are also included.
Fantastic!.......2007-08-18
I bought this series for my 6 year old who is a complete Star Wars fan. He has one of the expensive adult light sabers (along with 3 other kids' ones) and does all the moves... he plays these games every chance he can get and has a blast! His older brother who is 10 who wasn't even into Star Wars helps him with it and they play together and now he is hooked! I don't know how they do all the controls but it's fun watching them! They run out to tell us each time they reach another level. At first they were complaining that they didn't know how to play the games, but kids learn so fast and after a few days they were on their way and totally understood how it worked... even though they are advanced games, even my 6 year old has mastered how to play the games. We are more than satisfied with our purchase... it's a great deal... highly recommended
Frustrated with Lucasarts.......2007-08-17
my son bought this game. Ive been in constant contact with tech support for 4 days trying to get this resolved. 2 of the 4 games will not play. At first they said it was because I have vista, so i then installed it on my pc with XP, still 2 wont play, play screen comes up, but then doesnt recognize the disk. I dont know what to tell my son, he worked very hard to save his money for this game, and lucas arts isnt resolving the issue. He loves to games that will play, but is very disappointed Jedi outcast and Knights OTOR will not.

Customer Reviews:
Worst Keyboard & Mouse Set Ever.......2007-09-03
Microsoft's competition has succeeded in infiltrating their hardware products division. I say this without fear of contradiction because it is the only plausible explanation for how Microsoft allowed a single Wireless Laser Desktop 6000 to have escaped immediate and summary incineration. A troupe of rabid baboons would not have let a single unit of this dross past the first QA check.
Why spew invective?
Because I purchased two of these jaw-droppingly subpar pieces of junk at the same time (one to use at the office, one to use at home) only to discover the hard way that seeing "Microsoft" on the box means bupkis.
The second keyboard I bought.......2007-08-23
This is the second keyboard i bought. It's exactly the same one I bought for my other computer. Both of them are used on iMac computers. While I had absolutely no problems with my first keyboard, I did have some problems with the second one. First of all, when I installed the software, I could not get the CD-ROM out of iMac and the computer become unresponsive completely with the CD-ROm inside. And when I finally got it out thanks to apple service representative's help then i noticed the keyboard skips some letters when typing fast.
Very Annoying.......2007-03-29
I've owned this for a year and am looking for a new keyboard. I have continual connection problems with mouse and keyboard and continually have to reset. Low battery warnings appear every day. This keyboard was not cheap and I thought Microsoft could do better, but I can't afford to waste my time trying to type a sentence.
Damn Mouse.......2007-02-10
This was a bad purchase. Mouse touch is very hard to control; tried adjusting a number of times but to no avail. Also, the screen says mouse battery is weak (and opening programs by clicking doesn't work at times), so I've changed the battery and moved the pickup unit closer to the mouse, but I still get the same problems.
It is indeed spill-resistant!.......2007-01-11
This is my 4th keyboard in the past year and a half; between myself and my daughter we've spilled everything from coffee to apple juice on our previous ones. When the apple juice spilled (yet again) on this keyboard, it was really easy to pop off the letters, let them dry, then clean them up without any permanent damage to the keyboard.

Customer Reviews:
Great functions but to low a range for a wireless.......2007-07-14
I purchased this set because of the funtions it offered including the comfort keyboard that was curved and not all the way broken and a very quite scroll mouse...the keyboard had lots of great functions and while I was willing to overlook the questionable zoom slider on the keyboard that looked like it could break off at any moment...for the money I spent on a wireless keyboard and mouse I could not overlook the short range of about 6-8inches from the reciever...this went back the next day...I now have a Logitech MX3200 keyboard and mouse that I purchased from Dell online for $67 that has a much better range of 6-8 feet.
Blah.......2007-06-05
Keyboard: Great. A solid product, and I have no complaints.
Mouse: Poor. Eats batteries like mad. Not smooth or responsive at all; possibly a weak signal, however, mine was only a couple feet from the antenna. Also seems fussy when used with solid-color mousepads. Bah!
Antenna: Eh, yet another space-waster. Why can't these things be contained in a smart little dongle, instead of in a big honkin paperweight that sits on my desk and ads to my spaghetti of cords? Other keyboards do it better, why can't Microsoft?
Conclusion: I use the keyboard, which works fine for me, except that I resent the size of the antenna. As for the mouse, I THREW IT AWAY (yes, I actually did) and replaced it with a better stand-alone model. In short, if you can buy the keyboard by itself, go for it and just buy a different mouse sepatately.
Bad for living room or far away.......2007-05-14
I placed my mac in my living room because there is another pc in my room. I decided to buy a cordless desktop to avoid wires running across the living room. I bought this for cheap at another major store. Once installed it was a hassle to setup and after that it became a pain in the arse. The main culprit is very weak signal. The mouse would jitter; the keyboard would become unresponsive. It would only work nearly well if I'm at a distance of 2 feet, at most. Do not buy this if you are unable to get this close to the receiver. This is a very poor product. I recommend the Logitech brand; it works perfectly.
not entirely plug-and-play.......2007-05-09
What you're looking at on this page is Microsoft's latest wireless keyboard & mouse setup. You can also buy the keyboard and mouse separately; this is the keyboard and the mouse together in one pacakge.
On the one hand, I love this keyboard, designed to replace Microsoft's older model, the white ergonomic keyboard, famous for innovatively featuring a vast space between the keys corresponding to each hand. As far as I know, that keyboard is currently being phased out, and Microsoft is only offering this less dramatic version instead.
This one has a built-in, sturdy, non-detachable palm rest and the rows of keys are is curved in the ergonomic style, though not to the extent that they were in Microsoft's former incarnation. Additionally, there is now no space between the keys.
The keyboard has a solid, smooth, and very comfortable feel, but there is something you should know.
The keyboard needs software installed (they give you a disk) to run properly. If you don't install the software (for example because you don't have the disk or you don't have administrative privledges over your machine), then the keyboard won't work right.
The lower, basic keys will still all work, but none of the bells and whistles will, including the function keys. And there'll be no way to remap them to work right since Windows will simply not register any input from anything except the basic keys.
So this is something you might want to think about if you're thinking about getting this to replace your keyboard at work: unless your computer administrator allows it, you won't be able to use most of the keyboard's special features.
The mouse suffers no analogous impairment in functionality, however. In case you're interested, the "wheel" on the mouse scrolls smoothly: there is no clicking.
Good for general use; not for me.......2007-04-12
Overall, this keyboard/mouse set works pretty well. For general computer use (surfing the web, checking email, etc), it'll serve you just fine. However, for anyone doing any gaming or image editing, this set just won't do.
The keyboard has an F-lock, which is all right, except in gaming I frequently use the F keys AND the Print Screen button. In order to do Print Screen, I have to turn off F-lock, and then hopefully remember to turn it back on. A bit of an annoyance, but not so bad by itself.
The BIG gaming problem comes when you need to hold down a key for a long period of time, for example to run. It will send the signal that you're pressing the key for a while, then stop. You then have to let off the key, and press down again to continue running. Running long distances? Get ready to mash those keys down many many times.
As far as image editing goes, the problem comes from the scroll wheel. It's rather non-responsive. Middle click is REALLY hard to do, and middle click and drag is nearly impossible.

The Microsoft Optical Desktop with Fingerprint Reader lets you work longer with greater ease. This wireless set features an ergonomic design keyboard and longer battery life. Programmable hot keys and an optical mouse with tilt wheel technology make navigation easy. Enjoy the convenience of wireless freedom and say goodbye to all that wire clutter!
Customer Reviews:
Not really wireless keyboard.......2007-09-11
Altough the pictures of the keyboard clearly show it without any wires coming from it, when it arrived it had a USB cable attached to it, the very thing a person wants to avoid if they are going for a wireless product. The seller refunded the cost of the unit but kept the S&H fee (a source of profit from the much lower actual cost to them) and would not pay for the return postage. They said we should have scrolled down to the bottom page of the web site to read the small print -- "USB wire attached". Beware of dealings with this marketer.
Great Product But..........2007-08-23
This Product is great. Only issue is that it isn't Vista Compatible out of the box it takes some major digging on Microsoft's site to get the fingerprint reader to work
undependable.......2007-08-13
Sometimes my fingerprint opens the computer and at other times it doesn't work at all. Overall it is very undependable. William Ray
Great Product.......2007-08-10
Excellent keyboard and mouse. East to install and configure fingerprint scanner. Works every time. My Favorite Keys are easy to set up and are helpful.
Finger print reader saves time when logging in to various web sites.
Recommended.
fine with me.......2007-07-27
this keyboard and mouse works perfectly with my computer...only after i bought the thing i realized id be upgrading to vista soon but i read a rewiew that says that the keyboard is compatible w/ new drivers...that was my only issue and it seems to be solved, the fingerprint reader is a dream and works within seconds. my hands are small so the keys are placed perfectly (although my boyfriend who of course has bigger hands had a slight discomfort)even the programable and shortcut keys worked just fine...i was disappoineted when i recieved a wired keyboard beung that its titled wireless but i have gotten over it, for the price i probably should be happy...all in all good product, great price for $21.90, easy as a breeze would definitely reccomend to others!!!

Customer Reviews:
The best Thermostat for the money, Hunter 44360.......2007-08-25
Great 7-day, progammable thermostat,By far the Best out there for the money.
My last Hunter programmable thermostat lasted 23 years.
Great price from Amazon and fast,3 days,to get it to me.
A Green Thermostat That Tells a Story.......2007-08-15
I selected this thermostat as a replacement for my original that came with the house and had only two functions, on and off, both selections being manual. After vigorously accomplishing research and comparing features, I compared two brands, Honeywell and Hunter. Realizing my defunct thermostat was a Honeywell, I opted for the Hunter for several other reasons, such as cost, and return on investment. This thermostat is programmable, and will pay for itself in a matter of several electrical billing cycles for the summer with air conditioning in demand, or a winter season.
It was so darn easy to install, that if you are capable of screwing in two screws and connecting your thermostat wires that are color coded, you can not go wrong. It may be a good idea to see which wires are connected to your old thermostat first and then write the information down on a piece of paper so you can re-wire the new thermostat using the color coding of the old thermostat to avoid any issues. I merely attached the back plate, connected the wires and inserted two AA batteries and was going in less than ten minutes. It was easier to program than Tivo and comes pre-programmed with an energy savings plan. These settings can be kept or customized freely.
This green thermostat tells a story. How long the AC or heat has been on throughout the day, the past days of the week, or the entire week and can be programmed daily which really worked for me. I wished all thermostats came with the amount of features that this one did, as it would have made my selection much more difficult.
Excellent thermostat.......2007-07-04
My old thermostat didn't register the temperature properly anymore so it was time for a replacement. Did lots of looking around and this one had great reviews. I have to agree with them.
The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I figured it would have taken me 5 hours of hassle and I'd eventually have to call a pro to come install it for me. I had it installed and working within an hour. It worked perfectly on the first try.
Programming it was very simple and it is easy to override the programmed temperature if I want it warmer or cooler. I'd definitely recommend this unit, especially since it is a fairly low price. Not sure why you'd want to spend more on a different model.
Easy to Install and works like a charm.......2007-05-25
Easy to install.
Easy to program.
Has been working smoothly since last 3 months.
Very reliable thermostat for the price.......2007-05-13
It was hard to decide whether I should pay more to get the touch screen type or save money with this one. After reading others' review, I decided to try this thermostat, since it has such a good price and ships free from Amazon.
My husband teased me how long the manual was; however, it wasn't that difficult to follow. Now that the thermostat is all set to exactly how we like, I realized that we really don't even need to touch it again. We are glad that we didn't spend the extra money for the touch-screen type.

Fantastic.......2007-03-21
If you like the Tv show, you will enjoy this game. It has an interactive Howie Mandel that will talk to you as if you was on the show. I highly recommend this game
fun computer game.......2007-03-09
Game is just like if you were on TV and playing it.
Only negative is that you want it to move faster.
fun game for the whole family.......2007-03-09
If you like the tv show you will like this game.
It's easy enough for the little ones to play, but
enough fun that the adults like it too.

Product Description
Celestron Sky Maps are the ideal teaching guide for learning the night sky. You wouldn't set off on a road trip without a road map, and you don't need to try to navigate the night sky without a map either. Even if you already know your way around the major constellations, these maps can help you locate all kinds of fascinating objects. The front cover has a specially designed luminous planisphere that rotates to simulate the seasonal progression of celestial objects through the sky. When the planisphere is pre-exposed to light, star positions glow brightly against a dark background, mimicking actual constellations. More than a thousand stars and deep-sky objects are listed and charted. The illustrated reference section provides basic information and the visual characteristics of various types of stars, nebulae and galaxies. The maps measure 13¾" x 11½" and are printed on a heavyweight, moisture resistant card stock. The pages have a special comb binding so they can lay flat or be folded over.

Not particularly useful.......2007-05-31
A more experienced star gazer might enjoy this better. I'm a beginner and it doesn't help out.
Good.......2007-01-11
the maps are excellent, bought this for my 10 year od daughter and some of the wording inside is a bit beyond her at this time but she can grow into it
Gift recipient said it was great.......2006-11-10
Gift recipient said it was great. I can't add any more than that.
Dubious Value At Best.......2006-05-07
I purchased this item two weeks ago. My thought was that it seemed like a reasonably priced, perfect addition to the "tools" necessary for a budding amateur backyard astronomy hobby (its advertised contents, construction, and "glow-in-the-dark" planisphere). After closely examining the item for the past ten days, I'm forced to conclude that I was in error, and that you really do get what you pay for. As Celestron is one of the most reputable names in astronomy, I must confess that I assumed that quality would follow in all products that bear their name. I have found that this does not hold true in the case of these sky maps. The major problem with the package is that it is rife with misspellings, letter transpositions, apparent omitted words, and just plain (what we used to call in the old days) "typographical errors." Additionally, when I compare some of the technical information on the maps (i.e., star magnitudes, astronomical distances, etc.)and accompanying descriptions with other authoritative astronomy sources I have in my possession, I also find numerous apparent errors and discrepances. When using a product like this, it is essential that one be able to trust the data and information it contains. Since I'm not able to do this, I must rate this item with one star. When I purchased the item, it was marked down by twenty percent. I note that in less that two weeks since my purchase, the price has been further reduced by another thirteen percent. In this case, don't be fooled (as I was) by an attractive price. AVOID THIS PRODUCT. (I don't have a substitute to recommend at this time.)
Product Description
This 20-inch SDTV runs ahead of the pack. Its crystal clear LCD display and impressive picture make this thoroughbred the ultimate in versatility, style and performance. Sharp's proprietary Advanced Super View/Black TFT LCD panel delivers winning qualities in a smaller TV: high contrast ratio, low-reflection glare reduction and wide viewing angles. Featuring a distinctive bottom-speaking design, the LC-20S7U - which can sit on a stand or be mounted on a wall - has multiple inputs and outputs for additional flexibility.
Customer Reviews:
Fine TV.......2007-09-15
Other than the one limitation (it takes a minute to turn on from the remote), we find no problems whatsoever with this TV. It is compact (fits under the kitchen cabinets) and it is clear and great to watch.
The sound is clear and can be adjusted from very low to very loud.
No complaints at all.
Sharp LC20S7U A great NTSC Tube Replacement.......2007-07-12
Took away one star for the remote, as the buttons at the bottom (For Menu Access) are too small. Very attractive styling, and a perfect replacement if you're still watching a lot of NTSC/4x3 stuff. Since the native resolution is 640x480, it's perfect for this. (All signals are displayed@ 480p.)
I noticed very slight grain, but the colors are great, and very sharp.
Only takes up two more inches width than a 13" Tube TV.
And the consumer alert is false for this TV. It DOES have an ATSC tuner,
so it will work in 2009 when NTSC goes away.
