If you can find this sub - buy it! I have tested out several before I bought mine. An acoustic susppension sub is an extremely rare find. These babies used to sell for $1,000. They are built like tanks, the SPL adjusting remote is phenomenal and the sound is perfect.

I know these are discontinued (too expensive to produce) and are not available at most online reatilers anymore. Go Amazon for stocking those last ones!

I use a premium 7.1 systems and listen to a lot of music too - the sound is right on - low low bass that is tight. I have not had any issues watching movies either. Grab a copy of The Forgotten and enjoy your money working for you!

Received the shredder very well packed, setup took about 2 minutes, was shredding paper the next minute! The appearance of the mesh basket is contemporary - the shredder fits neatly into the basket. I have owned several small shredders. This is by far the best. It is quick, not too loud and has a mesh basket. This makes it easy to see when full and easy to empty. We love it. JES

pretty good shredder.......2007-02-12

works very well, except for when it overheats ( it shuts down for a 4 min coffee break :-) ) and then picks up again. However, It has started to squeak rather badly; It's only 1 month old. That may be an issue we will see. All in all it's OK. Things do need oil from time to time.

Found Better Option.......2007-01-12

I kept this for three days or so. Nothing went terribly wrong with it except a tendency to jam well short of the stated page rating, which I know is typical in this price range. A bit of slightly heavy paper left shards well stuck in the protective plastic fins where the shredded paper exits into the bin. Based on this, I agree with the other reviews indicating the plastic parts near the teeth are a design flaw and could prove to be reliability-challenged. I got a cheaper (after rebate) eight page medium duty shredder with more robust teeth and no plastic right in that area at an it's easy place, and am happy with that so far as an alternative.
