I found it to be very uncomfortable, if not painful, to wear for any extended amount of time. My friends said the sound quality was terrible! (I could hear them, but they had trouble hearing me.)

Buyer Beware.......2007-07-29

I feel bad to leave a negative review for Plantronics.
But this is the only way the other customers will be warned.
I have been using this for over a week.

Summary
a) It has raspy voice quality even though it seemed to work ok for a few days.
b) The distance of the bluetooth seemed to get shortened directly proportional to the days after your purchase.
c) Performance of the charging system is absolutely horrible.
d) Persons who are of huge frame will find it extremely difficult to use tiny weeny controls.
e) Persons at the other end always have the difficulty hearing my voice.

Overall a very bad experience...

Works as advertised.......2007-07-26

I mainly use this headset when I'm driving. I have used it on an old Nokia 6310i and a Motorola A1200 and it works fine. The only drawback (which is mentioned in the manual) is that your phone and the headset should be on the same side if you want to experience the best reception.

This is not a problem as I usually rest my phone in a tray, close to the headset. The headset also plays my custom ringtones, so I have an idea who's calling before I answer. The battery life is great, the reception is great and it's not a problem to have it in my ear for long periods.

So, I would recommend this product to anyone interested in a nice, light bluetooth headset.

I bought this bluetooth and love it, it is very comfortable and I hardly even know I'm wearing it. Great battery life. I would recommend it to everyone, it is very small and lightweight.

Headset works great. Only draw back that it needs somewhat of a clear view from headset to cellphone. Besides that the battery life is great, recharge time is incredibly fast. Great headset for under 100 bucks definately worth it.

Not the best, not the worst...........2007-05-07

I'm on my second headset. The first one stopped working after only a couple months. Now this one stopped working also. The customer support was very responsive and I had a new one within a couple weeks. The first headset would not power on. Now this headset will only stay powered on while I'm in a call. I like the fit. Most other headsets I've owned did not fit well and were uncomfortable. This headset fits snugly to my head and the earbud directs the sound into your ear. I found the range is very poor. I have to keep the phone on me and on the same side of my body as the headset or I get static. I was never able to walk freely away from the phone. I have given up on this headset and I'm looking for a better one. Reading other reviews, I don't think my experience is typical for this headset.

Great value for a bluetooth.......2007-02-16

I got the black one for Christmas for my girlfriend and now I'm getting the silver one for me. Sound quality is great and fits snugly around the ear. We actually returned a Motorola (HS850?) and got this one because the Motorola hook that went around the ear was a little flimsy so it flopped around a bit too much. This one feels sturdy and the ear piece fits comfortably, partially in the ear. The only reason it doesn't get a 5th star is it's not quite as intuitive as the Motorola's design that has the boom that flips open and close to turn it on/off.

Good Product.......2007-01-11

This was my first bluetooth headset, so I unfortunately don't have another product to compare it to. However, I feel that it works pretty well for me. I can hear the other person very clearly and vice versa. It also holds a charge for a long time, and it's inconvenient because it fits in my bag perfectly. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a great headset. I was getting complaints of an echo with the Jabra that I was using before. The reception is great and the fit is superb.

Look ma, NO WIRES!.......2007-09-20

I am a long time user of Plantronics headsets and roaming communications devices. I highly recommend this Plantronics Bluetooth device. I find I am no longer fettered with hanging wires wherever I go. I can do anything (almost) with this earpiece on. I've cooked with it on, played computer games with it on, cleaned house with it on, and best of all, I can drive with it on. I find myself surprised that nothing catches on the steering wheel, or the shift or turn signal levers. Nothing gets jammed down the seatbelt hole, or the edge of the driver's seat. I work as a field tech, and have to take customer calls 24 hours a day, so now I can take them when I am driving, and anywhere else (Theaters, restaurants and other places it isn't polite to answer are excepted). The range isn't more than a few feet, so keep your cell on your person when you're walking around doing things. It really is the best thing to happen to phones since the 'hold' button.
