A good, basic power strip at a low price. Very small and compact, not good for bulky plugs such as AC adapters (though most powers strips aren't good for these) but fine for normal sized plugs.

DO NOT BUY THIS CD PLAYER! It worked one day for me, then the next day--kaput! I put a cd in (all of my cds are new)and it played a couple of songs, then stopped. I tried to start it up again, and it did nothing. The display would just read "Er", and "disk". I tried a different disk, new batteries, using the plug-in wall unit, and cleaning the eye and cd as per the instructions, with no avail. So, I'm sending it back (without the packaging) in hopes to get credit towards a better one. Trust me when I say "find a better one!" If you only have enough money for this, wait a while and save up for a better one! Memorex may produce quality recording media, but so far they haven't impressed me with the quality of their electronics!...

I had to order this item 2 times. The first time i got it it wouldn't play anything so I sent it back and ordered another one of the same kind.That one was working, until this summer where I would put in a CD and the display would say "Error" or --- To fix that sometimes it would work if I pushed the CD down really hard to make sure that it was securely on. But soon that wouldn't and I decided to send it back. If I were you and I was thinking about buying a MEMOREX product, expacially the MD6440CP model I wouldn't. Or maybe I just have bad luck.

I borrowed this cd player from one of my friends, and I loved it! It never skips, and the only bad thing about it is that it makes batteries die very quickly if you listen to a cd for hours at a time. I'm going to buy this cd player as soon as I can!

The mouse touchpad has a minor occasional problem... it's automatic gain gets confused sometimes (On dry, staticy days) and you have to let go, wait 2 seconds, and start using it again. The laptop isn't a beast, but it is somewhat heavy.

This is an incredible laptop. I still have it -- it is showing minimal wear, and I have used it *a lot*. The screen is beautifully bright, the graphics hardware runs well, and the speed is phenomenal.

The battery life is acceptable. I bought an extended life battery and it lasts between 45 minutes (playing 3D games) and 3 hours (reading documents).

The speakers on this laptop are the BEST I have ever heard, several times over. There is no need for external speakers; when turned all the way up, they still sound great, but too loud to be sitting in front of the laptop. They're highly directional, so you can turn it down your volume and have a small amount of privacy.

Also, remember the peripherals this computer has... Separate TV, monitor and LCD outputs, 3 USB ports, wireless, ethernet, a multi-card reader and a DVD/CD burner. Quality-wise, this computer ties with my ultra-thin Toughbook; nothing on it has broken, and it has handled all of the abuse well.
