Poor quality housing.......2004-07-10

I purchased this Vivitar camera as a gift for my daughter. The camera arrived damaged. The very thin, cheaply made door latch was broken. I have used another model Vivitar camera for years, and have taken beautiful pictures, but his model does not measure up to previous Vivitar quality.

I purchased this camera recently and the only problem I have had with it thus far is the battery not being included as mentioned in the ad,so I did have to purchase one. Otherwise my pictures have come out extremely well and I havent had any other problems with the product as mentioned in the other reviews.I found the instructions included to be very helpful and the camera easily able to be worked. My advice to anyone is to simply try it.

I purchased a Vivitar PZ3560DB. I can't even find any information on the internet. I took the pictures to be developed and the only thing that came up was the date. So I tried to find a website to troubleshoot my problem. Nothing. From some of the comments, it doesn't seem like they can make a decent camera.

FRAGILE LOOKING CAMERA.......2004-03-27

I ORDERED THIS PRODUCT THINKING IT WAS GOING TO BE WORTH IT SINCE IT WAS ON CLEARANCE. I WOULD SAY THAT A DISPOSABLE SINGLE USE CAMERA FROM A DOLLAR STORE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER QUALITY THAN THIS VIVITAR BRAND. I DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO TAKE PICTURES WITH IT. THE MATERIAL SEEMS VERY FRAGILE, PLUS THE BATTERY WAS NOT INCLUDED WHEN IT STATED THAT IT WAS. I RECIEVED THE CAMERA YESTERDAY AND TODAY I MAILED IT BACK. I WAS VERY DISSAPOINTED WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM TARGET ONLINE. IF I HAD KNOW THAT THERE WAS A SUCH THING AS AN ITEM REVIEW SECTION I WOULD HAVE NOT PURCHASED IT SINCE EVERYONE WHO POSTED A COMMENT, WAS VERY UPSET WITH THIS POOR QUALITY CAMERA.

I bought this camera for a birthday party and had to go out and buy a battery which the ad said it came with the camera. Red eye reduction did not work , timing was slow and had to wait at least one minute to take the next picture. Buyers beware!! This camera is a ripoff. I had to go buy another one two days later and return this to Target.

I am very gald I got this Camera. I like have the Zoom lens and loading the 35 mm film is so easy. I like the LCD Dispaly for easy reading and I find the Camera is easy operation. After using the camera once,and learn how to use it. It is like have a Manual camera with the and Auto Foces Camera inside. The only dislike is that you have to buy a battery for it before you can use it and I could do with out the panarama mode. But all in all all the normal photos come out very good the frist time when I used it . One other dislike is the case is not included . The Camera is a excellent item.

Jensen JS1000 sub.......2001-08-21

I needed a sub to add more bass to my system. I was going to buy the sony mw40 or AR 12 in one with 120w I went to my local store and tried all three subs out. the AR sounded better then the Jensen and sony. but the sony and jensen sounded almost the same, couldn't even tell they were different subs after switching between teh two quickly. I went ahead and got the jensen one was because they had it on sale and was half the price of the sony mw40 two its a down firing sub and I have hardwood floors(don't get a down firing sub if u live in aprtment or don't want to piss off the people that live down stairs). I have a room on the biger side 22x22ft. I didn't know if a 100w sub would fill the room with enough base plus I have very high ceilings in the room. I took the sub home and hooked it up to the sub out on my receiver. I had the sub in teh middle of the room and I sat right next to it, it sounded very muddy and gave me a headache. I was at the point too poor to buy a long sub cable so I had to use one of my spare 6ft RCA cables that limited where I could put the sub. I finally saved up for 20ft cables(got them at a flee market for 2.99 24 gauge). I plcaed the sub where I always wanted it behind a layz boy chair in a corner. it sounded much better. if u can't spend more then 100 on a sub get this don't get cheap KLH they sound like fart machines, I've tried them out at best buy

Hi I just want to put in your mind a different solution for protecting trunk lines and extensions for PBX using RJ21 Male Conector. 98% of the power surges not only came from the Telephone Provider it can also happens that from inside the office the conection to the PBX extension can suffer a transient voltaje and damage the PBX Card, this solution is neat, quick and reliable in my personal opinion better than the solid state line protectors.

I took a chance and ordered the Minox 8x32 without ever having tried them, based on features and price and my experience with Minox-Leica optics. It has proved to be one my best purchases ever. The binoculars are simply outstanding - crystal-clear, bright image; easy focusing; well-armored; waterproof; exceptional close-focusing; with a well-designed neckstrap and case. For an eyeglass wearer, they're a joy to use. I use them for birding, stadium sports and concerts. You can pay more for outstanding binoculars with more prestigious names, but you'd be hard-pressed to find a better binocular for under $1000.

we bought this product and i thought because it was from JVC it would be good well i was wrong when we recored it looks fine but when we play it back it's so dark and i know it's that camcorder because are t.v. is also new it's really disaponting i would never recommend this product to anyone PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS ONE

The DV is in a weird place, on the bottom, which makes inserting a new tape while the camcorder is on a tripod impossible.

Otherwise, this camera is great. Compact, easy to use, etc. The light on it is convienent; though it would be nice to have the option to turn it on remotely.

Zoom is smooth, and it works great as a webcam.

I've had this camcorder now for 6 months. Here are some of the things I have found. First you know to purchase a firewire. The charger, I found a nice charger that you put the battery in the unit and plug the whole thing into the electrical socket. That is nice. I don't know if other camcorders have the same type lense cover, but this one stinks. It falls off alot. Whoever designed it should be immediately drug tested. Still shots are so-so. Don't expect them to be like a digital camera quality. I think it is good shooting in overcast or indoors. Of course since this is my first one, I have nothing to campare it to. But all in all I'm satisfied.

After reading reviews I bought this piece. It looked good initially and I liked the performance. Suddenly it stopped working. I cannot power on or do anything with it. I thought the battery wsa out and changed it but no use. May be this one is defective.
