I had the unfortunate chance to use this camera whilst staying with a friend. The quality is poor, grainy, and though it tracks well, the picture is inconsistant. The software may as well have been written by a five year old for all the good it works with XP. I liked the look, but even with all the lights turned directly in your face the picture quality is poor at best. Spend your money on something better, this product is definately a waste of hard earned cash.

Another lousy camera. Does not work with XP. Read a similar review, posted by someone else for the camera IC100C by the same company.
The product box is misleading, says its compatible with XP, but the user manual inside does not include XP in the list of compatible OS. The installation software does not work with Windows XP.
The customer service is also very poor. I called 2 times, each time I was asked to leave a message. No one called me back. I returned the camera, I had bought it from Office Max. I think I will go with a Logitech product.

Image Quality Poor, Returned to Store.......2003-01-21

I thought that since this model was priced higher than the other MI models, it would perform better, but was greatly mistaken. The image quality for video conferencing is poor (very grainy) and does not do well even with all the lights turned on in my home. Also, the program it comes with does not seem to function well with my computer (Win 98): the computer freezes when I attempt to record a video clip.
The design of the webcam was pretty good though. It can be clipped to the screen of my laptop and seemed sturdy enough, although very small and a little toy-like.
Due to the poor video quality and poor light pick-up, I returned my purchase and am still searching for replacement.

This webcam has a slick compact look. Unfortunatley, the fun ends there. The best image I could produce had a grey/green hue and was grainy. This cam is relatively inexpensive, which probably expains the poor image quality.

This 15-inch LCD Monitop is a real space-saver that doesn't skimp on quality. It has a 1,024 x 768 pixel resolution with sharp displays and crisp text even at side viewing angles. I would recommend this unit if you're not going to do much moving of it. If you plan to buy it to use when you're exercising, I would recommend you look at other available models if you're going to use the CD player because this unit will scratch your CD or skip easily. If you're going to use the radio part, though, it will be fine.

1.) The PLL Digital Tuner ((PLL) Phase Locked Loop) offers drift-free reception, and will adjust automatically to better receive your favorite radio station when necessary. You can also presets 3 FM and 3 AM stations for tuning at the touch of a button.
2.) The unit will also playback CD-RW Discs.

This is a terrible, terrible product, and I wish I had read reviews before making the purchase. Unfortunately I was in a hurry to buy a CD player/clock radio. Just as almost everyone else is saying, it became 'tempermental' after only a few uses. First the CD player wouldn't play certain CDs (yes, these were all commercial ones). Then it stopped playing CDs altogether. Then it stopped playing AM/FM radio. Then it would change the time every few days. This thing is a nightmare.

well the radio is horrible and it won't play my burned cd's.it's ok, i'm twelve years old, so don't start thinking that you're reading a review from a five year old (he he).The screen is very difficult to read. After about a week or two, both hinges broke on the top of the cd cover. Now, it won't close, and just stays opened all the time. It's pretty annoying, and to get it to play my cds, i have to put like, a dictionary and lava lamp to hold it down, LITERALLY!!!!!!!! And really, I'm not kidding. But on the positive side,the sound is OK. It doesn't take up much space on my nightstand,either.If you were getting ready to buy this product, in my opinion, you shouldn't.It was a waste of money and i hate it.Especially for that price,too. Ok,well,you don't have to take my word for it, you can buy it, but my suggestion for you is not to.

It plays CDs. It wakes me up. Good nuff........2004-12-07

I've had this for a year, and don't have much trouble with it. It seems to be a bit fast, gaining a few minutes every month, but maybe I'm bumping a button wrong when I'm setting the alarm.

The AM/PM light isn't great, leading me to twice set the alarm to wake me up at 7:15 PM (oops). If your night stand is lower than your bed, you'll have trouble seeing the top line of the LEDs. And I think the alarm used to go off 9 minutes after Snooze, but I've done something -- I don't know what -- that only gives me 6 minutes now. Guess I shouldn't have tossed the manual.

The CD player works fine, although being woken up by the same track 1 for five days in a row gets old quick. But it plays CDs, gets radio stations, and wakes me up. That's what it's supposed to do.

I agree with all others on this unit. Nice sounding speakers but the radio reception poor. No dimmer switch and the display button is for displaying the cd tracks if anyone needs to know. But over all alarm is loud enough to wake the heavy sleeper. They need to make these radios with pull out antennas.

Everything worked fine for about a week, then it stopped playing burned CDs, then all CDs, then the radio stopped picking up stations. Works great as an alarm clock, but then why not just buy a ceap alarm clock? Definitely wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
