The Intel Pentium M Processor and 855PM chipset are the backbone of the Evo Notebook N620c performance. The ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 graphics controller with DDR (double data rate) SDRAM provides high-performance graphics able to handle the most demanding 2D and 3D graphics applications. The MultiPort solution expands the functionality through user-removable MultiPort modules that can provide integrated wireless communications and enhanced security features. The Evo Notebook N620c makes it easy to stay connected with an industry standard integrated 56K (V.92) modem, integrated 10/100/1000 NIC, and optional wireless MultiPort or PC Card devices. The MultiBay accepts a variety of removable media drives such as DVD/CD-RW combo drive, DVD, CD-ROM, as well as a second battery, hard drive, or floppy drive. Lithium-Ion battery technology and advanced power management give the N620c up to 6 hours run-time on the primary battery and up to 10 hours when the optional MultiBay battery is added.

The receiver features 5 Surround modes, Digital domain processing, Midnight Theater mode and full function remote control. The AM/FM tuner is equipped with large, bright, fluorescent display and has 30 presets.

I don't pretend to be a major audiophile. When purchasing a receiver, I wanted surround sound and excellent quality music and video playback. This piece is the cornerstone of my stereo set, which includes a TV, CD player, DVD, VCR, and a surround-sound setup. In making the decision to purchase this item, I listened to a couple of my favorite CDs on it (in a stereo store connected to speakers similar to mine), and the sound was clearly superior to other receivers in its price range, and most priced up to $300 more. The remote control and face of the set are easy to decipher, unlike many other systems that try to overwhelm you with useless buttons. My one complaint is that it is difficult to perform some functions (switching inputs, etc) because the face is very dark. They could improve this minor flaw with lighted buttons. I expect this to be part of my stereo system for many, many years.

I bought this receiver after listening a Technics DD receiver. The sound response is better, THD lower. Its sound is soft and clear. The DSP is sharp in every mode.

It's a fine piece of equipment and I'd be pleased with it except for one thing. It auto reverses automatically and if you just want to play one side of a tape, you're out of luck. It goes on and on and on and never seems to shut itself off. I like to fall asleep to half an hour of soft music. Having it play over and over all night is not what I had in mind. I would not have purchased it if I'd known this.

My good old 1980's yellow sony walkman sport finally died. So after tons of searching I bought another Sony. Big mistake, they don't have the features or durability of the good old walkmans. I avidly listen to books on tape while doing home improvement projects. This Panasonic is the best. The auto reverse works well. The door stays shut even when knocked around a bit and the concrete, paint and stain have mostly just wiped right off. The weird hand strap clips to my belt loop with a carabineer(not included) and away I go. I use the wimpy sony for in the car.

Purchased this monitor 6 months ago. The monitor was packaged with good cushioning and a strong box - very important if you move alot and have your possessions shipped. The monitor itself presents a clear, bright display. My room over here is poorly lit due to a lack of windows. The display is easily read under these conditions; whether I'm typing a paragraph (such as this review) or watching a DVD movie with my computer. I will definitely purchase another monitor of this model when I have more $$$ so that I can run a dual display system.

"You'll be shocked when you open the box with your new Microtek monitor - there's almost nothing in it. A manual, 2 cables and the display. The instructions for connecting are very brief and to the point. Follow them exactly. If you are using an old monitor, just disconnect the cables from the monitor and use them, rather than the new ones. Saves time. You should be delighted when you turn it on. There seems to be no problems out there waiting for you, at least I couldn't locate any thru the sales clerks. A fine product."

Doesn't get any easier to hook up and to install, great product!
