The Basics

Hard Drive: The extra-large 200 GB Ultra DMA hard drive (7200 RPM) offers a wealth of storage space, perfect for storing a vast multimedia collection or for editing digital video.
Processor: The Intel Pentium 4 519 processor (3.06 GHz) is at the low end of the spectrum for this processor (as of June 2005). Its hyper-threading feature allows this single CPU system to behave in some aspects like a dual-CPU system, helping to deliver faster transistors and increased performance. It also features a decently fast 533 MHz front-side bus speed, which measures how fast a processor and the main memory communicate, and a 1 MB L2 cache. (An L2, or secondary, cache temporarily stores data; and a larger L2 cache can help speed up your system's performance.)
Memory: The 512 MB of installed RAM (PC2700, 333 MHz) is a good start, but you'll want to take advantage of the roomy 4 GB of total RAM capacity (4 x 1 GB) for such multimedia needs as video editing and immersive 3D gaming.
CD/DVD Drive: Offering the latest in DVD writing technology, the m7070n multiformat DVD/CD drive is compatible with both DVD+ and DVD- disc formats as well as dual-layer DVD+R discs, which can store up to 8.5 GB of data. It features 16x DVD+R, 8x DVD-R, 4x DVD+/-RW, 2.4x DVD+R DL, 16x DVD-ROM, 40x CDR, 24x CD-RW, and 40x CD-ROM ROM speeds. Screen, Graphics and Sound
The integrated Intel Extreme Graphics video/graphics card (with 64 MB of shared video memory) is adequate for streaming Internet video, but won't be enough for today's demanding immersive 3D games. It also features an integrated audio card and headphone, microphone, and line-in jacks.

Well, how can I say it. This computer is already outdated beyond belief. Mainly because, even non gaming porgrams are in need of video hardware, and this computer isn't upgradable with anything more than a PCI Bus slot. For anyone into editing video or playing video games, this computer is worthless. I've loaded this computer with an additional 1 GB of ram and a 256 ATI X1550 graphics card, and still, it's not as good as it could be if it would just have a PCIE slot. So for the money, find a computer with a better performance chip and a PCI express slot. You will be happier. If it's a basic computer needed, then you'll be happy. If you want anything more than that, I suggest a little more searching. Enjoy!

Very good and fast!.......2006-03-08

This computer is good and fast and has a 200 GB Hard Drive. I use this computer almost everyday and it never seems to slow down (which is an improvement over our last computer). I do play alot of games so it's good for a gamer who loves computer games. It also features a CD burner and a DVD Player (by this time, I guess most computers do).

Its a nice pc dont get me wrong but if your into games you dont want a intergrated graphics card cause if you want a game that the one in the pc doesnt support you'd might have to buy a new mother board then upgrade everything else, Id just build my own.

Compatible with 2.4 GHz Wireless Router.......2006-07-10

This 5.8GHz phone does not cause hangup signals to my DSL service and 2.4GHz wireless router. Before I had a 2.4 GHz phone that would cause hangups even to the wired router connections. Even if I was not using the wireless router connections, the wired connections would experience hangups. This 5.8GHz phone has fixed this problem. Over the last 6 weeks since I started using the 5.8GHz phone, I have not experienced any problems. I am very satisfied with it.

The phone had a background hiss, and while not overwhelming, it was worse than the ten year old 900 mhz Panasonic phone it was to replace. The range was not as good either.
