If D-link considers this switch industrial grade they are sadly mistaken. Purchased this unit 1 year ago and it performed flawlessly 24x7 use in my data center. Now the unit burns out a power supply (internal) and is dead taking down our internet connection.

Anyone considering a robust, quality, built to last industrial/commercial grade switch better avoid this one!

D-link quality is terrible, nothing but junk as the are cheaply built in China and/or Taiwan. Avoid D-link.

The Samsung SyncMaster line of monitors have been reliable and made for the high end user. Once again, Samsung has not disappointed the consumers. The SyncMaster 151P is an LCD monitor that delivers sharp and brilliant colors to the user. There are very few LCD monitors that look as good off as they do on. The 151P was expertly designed by F.A. Porsche making it a sight for sore eyes anytime. Being an LCD monitor the 151P has a small footprint and takes up no more depth than the stand that supports it. This is really handy to anyone who has a messy desk and realizes that there is just no way that the CRT in front of them belongs there. The 151P comes with support and cables for both digital and analog input, but when using one of the two the other cable must hang behind the monitor making it a nuisance to move around. Great LCD.......2003-02-02

I have been looking for a 15" LCD to replace my 17" CRT. After much research, I decided I wanted a Samsung syncmaster. Originally, I wanted the 152B, but wasn't sure which online retailer to buy from. Meanwhile, I saw a great deal for a new 151P (under [$$]0000000) and jumped on it.

It's a great monitor and I can barely notice the size difference from my old 17". It was a breeze to set up and the clarity seems great. It's amazing how empty my desktop seems now. It took a little bit of tweaking to get the colors right, but I love my new monitor.

Progressive scanning, referred to as 480p for the number of horizontal lines that compose the video image, creates a picture using twice the scan lines of a conventional DVD picture, giving you higher resolution and sharper images while eliminating nearly all motion artifacts.

The RTD500 also performs 3:2 pulldown detection and reversal. DVD mastering introduces a common distortion when adjusting 24 frames-per-second movies to 30 fps video; reverse 3:2 pulldown digitally corrects this distortion, removing the redundant information to display a film-frame-accurate picture.

One each optical digital-audio input and output are available for using the system with (for instance) a digital satellite receiver or a CD recorder, respectively. You also get 3 composite-video inputs (2 outputs), 2 S-video inputs (1 output), and a total of 4 stereo analog audio inputs (1 output).

It fits on a bookshelf - picture and sound are great - easy to set up. It was delivered in less than a week in perfect condition. No complaints.

This TV works great in a kitchen or bedroom. Cool features like an AV in that can be switched to an AV out so sound can be run through the TV and then out to a stereo system. No problems with brightness even in front of a window. Has component video inputs but this TV does NOT support progressive scan (480p). I know because I tried it. The good news is that it doesn't seem to matter all that much. LC-20E1U has crisp, clean picture quality anyway. Sound quality is more than adequate for average television viewing. Annoying attribute: the stand tilts back at a minimum of about 12 degrees. Big plus: viewing angles, picture quality diminishes minimally (it is nearly unnoticeable) when viewed from an angle.
