Fantastic Deal!-Great monitor.......2007-07-27

This is an excellent monitor for the price-my 15 inch Lcd monitor I got a few years ago cost more! The colors are rich and vivid and the wide screen 16:10 format anticipates future formats. The only gripe might be that the documentation recommends setting your computer resolution to 1680x 1050--this is not supported by my brand new computer--I have it set to a lower resoltion and looks great anyway.
It has a DVI cable and input but my computer does not have this output!-such a connection does support HD 720 p-- I hope monitor lasts until I can take advantage of HD connection. It seems well made and the stand is okay not hight adjustable but preset at a good hight. Highy reccommended!!

With a 2 milisecond response time this IS the fastest monitor yet. If you do any amount of playing games this monitor is the best. If you're just looking for a monitor for watching movies...you'll probably want a widescreen monitor instead. But if you want an amazingly clear monitor this one is perfect. I wish I could get the boss to get me one of these at work (instead of the Dell flat screen I'm currently using). Even the buttons are easy to use as opposed to some monitors...this one has user interface controls that are very intuitive and simple...Press "1" for main menu, choose up and down arrows, and "2" to select...then "1" again to exit...it's almost like the designers asked a user what the controls should look like. This is truly a great product AND it has a 3 year warranty.

The ViewSonic VX2035wm is high quality and excellent value. Only criticism is the miniscule buttons on the front that are more efficiently pressed with a round toothpick than a finger. What were the engineers thinking? There is plenty of room on the front to make them bigger.

The monitor was relatively cheap and has worked really well in the short time that I have had it. It was easy to setup. It has 1680x1050, but is only 20" across. I feel it has a more crisp picture than a 22" which have the same number of pixels over a larger area. I really felt it was the best deal out there for the quality.

I have been using the monitor for 6 weeks and have very good experience with it , colors are pretty crisp and everything showing up nice, the recommended resolution is 1680 X 1050 and for maximum perfomance it should be kept , speakers are not strong, but generally you would not use monitor speakers for listening anyways

Appalling Customer Service.......2007-02-14

Never buy a product from Westinghouse Digital. I purchased a laptop from them and it arrived with major hardware problems. Upon discovering the problem with my computer, I attempted to obtain an RMA number and my call was NEVER returned. Without this number you cannot get anything serviced. After I called 3 times over the period of two weeks, someone finally told me the number and the address. They received my package on January 9, and I have not heard a single thing since then (February 13). Furthermore, everytime I have called to inquire, I have been on hold for an unacceptably long period, and when my call was finally answered, the response was that they knew nothing and would get back to me, which never happened. I have been without my computer for a month and a half now, with no end in sight. It is a gamble to purchase any product from this company, since any factory defect may lead you to lose complete track of your property and spend countless hours on hold and listening to excuses.

I just got this TV 3 days ago,its quality is more than what i expect,it using on my kitchen very nice picture & 2 speaker output was great.if you are connect with a component cable to play back DVD movies,its great!

In the last week I have purchased 2 LCD televisions. The first was a Funai 20" TV. I took it out of the box and was not impressed at all, first of all the television was extremely bulky, second it looked a little archaic, third the picture wasn't that great, and last the sound was horrible! I returned the Funai, which cost $150 more, and purchased the Westinghouse 20" which I love. The picture is awesome, it has a tilting screen to adjust the angle of viewing, the sound is a million times better and the overall aesthetics of the television are great. Also, the input jacks are located in the ideal spot so you can easily hide the wires behind the stand. I would absolutely recommend this television to anyone. I just received mine today and just unboxed it and hooked it up to my DVD player and popped in a disk.
The picture is great and the additional items that come in the box are wonderful.
It has picture in picture and can hook up to a PC but I haven't tried these yet.
We bought it for out Fifthwheel trailer because we had only 15" depth and a conventional TV would not fit.
From the 15 minutes that I have played with it I am very satisfied that it is a quality unit with great picture and viewing angle, speakers are very good also.(8w)
The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that I haven't tried everything yet because I'm loading into the coach now and heading down the road...good luck with yours.

This TV is Big! The picture is fantastic, I read and reviewed hundreds of Plasma's before purchasing this television. I considered purchasing a DLP, LCD, even a front progection system. When it came down to it, this plasma kicked all of them out. The picture was better than all of them. No matter the brand this plasma was the best picture. Some complained to me about the 25,000 hour limit on the screen UNTIL I told them. 25,000 MEANS watching TV 4 hours a day...the TV would last 17.12 years. In 10 years every tv will be obsolete.

Again, this review is for the TV. The TV is fantastic, everyone who comes over says, "Wow!" or "Blank (fill in the blank), that's nice."
I have no problems with the TV, it looks nice and runs great. What more can you want?
I posted this review because of all the research I did looking for a plasma only to find stupid reviews from idiots that had never seen or owned one, only fools that had seen the picture and said, "that looks nice."

Great Picture in a Big Set.......2003-03-27

I've seen this monitor on display at a retail outlet and wish I could afford to buy one. The picture is bright, crisp, detailed. Colors are vivid. It's presence is rivaled only by the Toshiba 50HP82 and the Panasonic TH-50PHD5UY, both 50" screens. The Zenith has PIP (like the Toshiba), many other plasma sets do not. You need an external tuner, like the Sony SAT-HD200 (if you have Directv) and speakers are extra. If you have no budget and you really need 60", the Zenith is the one. Make sure you search online retailers for the best price.

Real good tv.......2003-03-11

The tv is one of the best i have gotten so far. It was given to me as a present from (...) but when I turned it on, it was the best. The Picture is clear,and very lifelike, I say on of the best tv's out there, there is no flaw in it, I think the price is right for a TV this good
